Aaron claims that the ticket had the wrong make, model, and license plate for April's vehicle, which would make it even more embarrassing that Nick not only failed to get the ticket thrown out, he managed to get April on the hook for more than she would have paid from the start.
I am not sure I believe Aaron here, but it would sure be funny as shit if he's telling the truth.

I am wondering if in the course of trying to profess April's innocence he comprehends that he makes Nick look like even more of a fuckup.

Aaron also embarrasses himself by admitting the Imholtes paid Rekieta $0, far more than his expertise was worth.
I called that on day one. That Nick was doing this pro bono. I dunno what "rumors" Aaron is talking about, but this dipshit also said the other day that April's no-show was a "rumor."

Unless the insurance were to go up massively, it doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense to pay an attorney for a first time speeding ticket in the $130.00 range.

My guess is they probably were gonna just pay it like Aaron seems to pay his, but then drunken skeletor staggered in like a white knight... only to fuck them by no-showing and saddling her with court fees.

Good job, Nick! Have another drink!

EDIT: Clarification.

Aaron Imholte gave more information about April's speeding ticket on his morning show today shortly after playing a video of Mersh defending Steel Toe Morning Show.

Aaron says that Nick told them he would "do what I can", which turned out to be literally nothing. Aaron also embarrasses himself by admitting the Imholtes paid Rekieta $0, far more than his expertise was worth.

What a pedantic retard. As if the key word "hiring" was the big distinction here, not the "letting a nonfunctioning alcoholic represent you in court" part.

BTW, it's worth pointing out that Nick is lucky this is April and no money changed hands.

It's highly unlikely Nick will get an ethics complaint here.

Historically, Nick's ethics complaints have been from snowflakes on the Internet butthurt over the things he said on Twitter and not anything in the practice of law (happened a lot during Weebwars), but if this were a rando paying client I think the chances are high one would have been filed and it would have been sustained.

But he’s got like a ton of kids, right? So if he does have a limp dick problem it has to be a somewhat recent development I’d think.
Which one do you think it is? The one where he started drinking to get through trial streams or where he started lambasting his wife for having a disgusting and destroyed body after putting out 5 kids?

He doesn't have a limp dick problem, he has a tiny dick problem. That's why he spent 20 minutes on stream with some other losers explaining how 'the ballgasm' has nothing to do with the balls and is from penis-on-clit stimulation. It sounded to me like humping with extra steps, for guys (like Nick I assume) who can't penetrate very deep.

He has other ideas. One of his big ideas from a while back was that the churches needed to stop shaming onlyfans women, being accepting of their rational career choice and launch outreach efforts to bring them into the church. Because onlyfans women are just millionaire moms who own private islands who want the money to take their kids to disney. And according to Nick, if something is "popular" and makes money, it can't be morally wrong.

One of this big conflicts with the church is that he wants to bring his depraved hedonistic behaviors openly into it. But of course his church is gay90s.
His whole cope about night owl and bringing baby to lady rackets and how it’s changed is 100% making me feel a divorce is imminent. He isn’t checking on her or his kids I bet. Especially after him saying they knocked on his door and he screamed “daddy’s working”
God the Christian video is dripping with contempt. Just seething in anger and dismissive of people. He does his “serious voice”.

There’s just so much in these moments that make you hate him. Like his misunderstanding of “in vain”, he throws away any illusion reveals he’s not poorly catechized. The Catholic definition of “in vain” is mixed with the Jewish practice of tying oaths to God (much like in Court) and that you shouldn’t invoke God to curse as it diminishes yourself. Yeah, there’s vanity in asking God to help you win, but most prayers Jewish, Schismatic Christian, Protestant Christian, and Muslims ask for God’s assistance. You effectively invoke God for no reason, you invoke him in vain. There is no purpose for it and God is important.

Also, he hates cake donuts. @AnOminous can we send this white bread-ass nigga to the penis balldo exploding chamber to explode his balldo immediately?

Don't forget! He has said that swingers are EVERYWHERE--even in churches! Secret degenerates abound and it is OKAY! Those Scandinavian prudes have ruined church and made it too judgmental. Jesus hung out with the hoes!

At the risk of another heresy derailment of the thread, I will just say Jesus never hung out at the whorehouse, and the whores found him, then stopped whoring.

Way back at the start of Rekieta's career he talked about having some disease related to anger and heat. I cannot remeber what it was but maybe that plays into the veins thing. Ir could all be bullshit since now he seems to get upset on stream all the time.

Cholinergic urticaria.

So if it is so easy to get out of because of the wrong information, then why did they not show up? Why did they decide to pay it? Aaron's stories are shifting day to day.

I just noticed, Kurt is his guest tonight.

This was the thumbnail from a Kurt stream the other day.

Another sermon in the church of Nick, listen all ye devout followers of the faith.

"Nooo goyim prude, according to the Ballmud I'm not taking God’s name in vain, actually you are! You must donate to my dying stream as repentance so I can snort more blow, or else the corner demon will you drag you to hell, where the ceiling cats will decide you fate. Amen, is what I need inside me right now."

If that really happened, Nick missed a fucking lay-up of a case to win. He could have won it and told the whole world. Then again he squanders his opportunities like the highest tiered niggers.

Kurt doing his absolute best to try and keep this shitshow on the rails. God bless the pink woman hating bastard
Kurt seems to be in a great headspace. It's refreshing to see him pretty upbeat

Nearly an hour in and the topic hasn’t even been mentioned while Kurt absolutely stone walls all of Nick’s deranged rambling. Absolutely incredible.
It is fully off the rails.

Kurt did get a point in on Nick for not bothering to show up for court.

They are finally on the topic, but I don't have much hope that he won't go back to his comedy routine in 5 minutes.
