To me the saddest thing about Kailyn and Gracie's relationship is that Kailyn legit gets jealous of her and has bitched to Kaigents about how she doesn't like it that MW is "nicer" to Gracie than to her. (Read: takes care of her as you would a child.) She acts like she's Gracie's big sister instead of her mother.

Baby gates at two-and-a-half aren't that weird. I've known plenty of parents who have kept baby gates up for their children at that age. Toddlers are fast and clever and it's a safety issue. Especially in houses with stairs. You can literally take your eyes off of them for a few moments and they're gone and into something. If anything, having baby gates up is one of the better signs of parenting the Wilchers have shown.

The baby gates are at least a step up from when they used to lock Gracie up in a playpen or a Pack n Play all day long.

Mr. Potato Head is recommended for well adapted children age 3-5 by Toys R Us, and 2+ by the manufacturer.

Sure, baby gates are fine for responsible parents in case you need to take a shower or something. But for Gracie, they are used to imprison her in one room, full of plastic pink toys and a TV, and that's where she is all day.
Pacifiers are fine too, some kids still need them to sleep at 2 or even 3. But you don't let the child have it in all day, especially when said child still isn't speaking.
It isn't the tools, it's the way tools are used in this family. This has nothing to do with childhood safety and everything to do with adult convenience.
Thought that was obvious....

So Kai went to Walmart this morning and managed to get nothing that will flatter her. Also that pink top she got only goes up to XXL and we know she wears a 3X usually. (I'm not sure 100% about the white top but I'm pretty sure it's XXL too). Someone needs to get her to model it. Both of those tops are from the juniors section and not even the "misses".
