Is it normal to have this kind of open wound on your body and not be in a hospital? You're allowed to just go outside and live your life while your inside meats are exposed and about to fall out of your skin, and it's totally fine and doctors and nurses will just discharge you like this?

Totally normal, at least in the US. Even abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) is often a day surgery. The plastic surgeon just stitches the wound up (with a couple of drains placed at each hip, slaps some hyper fix over the cut for strength and sends you home with a tiny opioid script and a page or two of instructions.

I wonder if they realize they can tattoo their fingers to look like penises, so they could have 10x more dick that other doods. Maybe amputate at wrist and turn both arms into giant penises, large than all other dudes. Their crazy is inefficient. More better happier dicks could be had.

Not entirely sure but I think I’ve seen some where the buttock has been used?? One reason against must be that the patients are not really able to see the area. Wound check would be difficult whatever the case but with your newly installed flesh roll up : almost impossible. We are constantly in shock at the haphazard nature of these surgeries but the arm, thigh, abdo and the corresponding graft sites for each seem to have been used for a good amount of time - enough time to claim some kind of medical knowledge on the outcomes.. Otherwise the answer is the one we are all waiting for after this whole thing crashes and burns : ‘ We were only trying to help / validate / deal with dysphoria..’
My question is : What would everyone rather have rotpocket or rotdog ??

Is the nullo/eunuch route an option? I mean I'm getting my dick chopped off either way in this scenario; nullo just seems less painful long term, and probably easier to prevent UTI's. Crazy thing is you're not wrong. Its not gonna look any less like a dick than a Rotdog and at least its not crippling a perfectly good arm, leaving horrific scars, and risking all kinds of infections.
Dick fingers are just as "valid" as Rotdogs, and far safer. Its just bigotry for Pooners to reject them without considering the benefits first.

Yeah same. Those atrocities don't look anything like a penis and they're just a dice roll of possible medical emergencies.

I also highly doubt that the massive infection came from her dick donut touching the floor. Those damn open wounds tend to get infected no matter what you do or don't do with them.

The biggest tell, though, is the picture of her torso splayed open and half her arm stitched onto her crotch like something out of the Human Centipede. SHE WAS HEALTHY. She had that done, not because she had cancer or was in a horrible accident. Because she thinks her BRAIN IS MALE. Goddamn, that's a horrific thing to have done for no. medical. reason.

Even the less embellished rates that pooners throw around re: phallo's "success" rate are around 50%. Sometimes someone asks why the liter bottle vs more "normal" dimensions. Butchers are literally accounting for all the rotting that may happen before they go forward, because they know it's inevitable. Reconstruction surgeries don't require forethought of this sort. If it wasn't gender bullshit, a hypothetical 50% would render a surgical process too pointless to perform unless it was for something like cancer when you're throwing shit at the wall and hope it sticks. The key difference, like you said, is that the cancer patient wasn't physically healthy to begin with.

It is fucking insane that this sort of crippling is applauded as "life saving" surgery when most were perfectly healthy before the surgery. Sometimes I think of some of the troons in this thread like Gruffin/tentacle dick. Her rotdog rendered her unable to urinate. She now requires dialysis and the chance of a kidney transplant is low. Even best case scenario, she will die prematurely because some quacks decided "yeah, let's chop up this young lady when she's barely old enough to vote because she says she's male." She could've lived a normal lifespan. But since it's "gender affirming" surgery it's a-okay! The success rate of phallo is like, 50%, remember? And her rot dog is still stitched to her crotch last I checked! SUCCESS!!!

It'll be interesting to see if babysoots ever updates again. Gruffin hasn't updated in months so I just have to assume that she's actively suffering from dialysis that she never needed until surgery. If she's even alive at all.
