Any vigorous exercise basically, but especially lifting heavy weights and running. He believes exercise causes inflammation, damages your heart and joints, leads to infertility and early death, etc. He cherry-picks cases of bodybuilders dying early as "proof" of his claims, but I'm not aware of any scientific basis for these views about exercise being unhealthy.

Oh, and he thinks it makes you a "slave" to exercise. Can't forget that.

I emailed him about it recently and a while ago and man ghosted me das bare lairy fam

He said middle of march is when he'll upload it and it's nearly may why he taking so long I wanna see it so bad

What I'm interested in is what a mass amount of normans would think of him, how popular the video would become, if streamers would react to it and how it would affect sv3rige. The video would get 600k views at the minimum. Having so many eyes on him could cause problems or maybe not, people watch the video and then move on.

Could the video be delayed for legal reasons? Or is he waiting for somethn to happen like the outcome of the upcoming court date of the two ppl who attacked Luna chaka?

Also do any of you know when said court date is?

What I don't like in this thread is there is hardly any irrefutable evidence to convict Gatis of any wrong doing. Most of the simps here are just Lunaddicts that think she'll touch their penis if they comment on one of her attention seeking videos of gibberish.

I have seen many people asking for some older videos from the original Sv3rige channel. Here's a pretty long compilation of old school Gatis lunacy which could be used for future documentaries, or live reaction streams. A lot of the content is otherwise lost, since the Sv3rige channel got deleted.
Back then Gatis said things that he wouldn't say anymore so openly about cannibalism, paedophilia and incest. Under the context of what has happened in the past few years it shines more light on his morbid ideology. It also contains a lot of his anti vegan protests and various statements about his time in psychiarty.


This is before his arrestment in the UK, before the pandemic started, before his son was born, before his attempt to start a "off grid" group in Romania, before Luna cheated on him with another follower, before he met Jas, before he married Catherine and before he planned to murder Luna and paid a hitman to commit a acid attack on her and kill her and their son in a arson attack.

Some vids are lost. I do remember watching a vid long ago when he was just a skeleton. He filmed it when he was in his sungazing fast aka when he stopped eating. I remember that the title was “I want out”. He was just rambling nonsense in some park about whatever. Another lost vid is when he went back to ventspils and actually filmed himself visiting his old apartment complex and filming in his old school he attended talking to a teacher and showing some of the interiors. He also went to his old job etc.. he also showed some old friends living there still. The first vid with him being a skeleton is from around 2014 the second vid of him going back home is from 2012 I believe. Both of those vids were deleted long ago unfortunately and I doubt there is any archives of them.
