• Mark continues to rest on his laurels as he boasts about being more well known in Asia compared to the US, with fans lining up for autographs (presumably for his past work on Warcraft):

I figure my community happenings post about this situation may come across like I'm totally against Grummz + Stellar Blade, and am somehow pro-censorship or willing to defend Sony. Let me be clear:

People are allowed to enjoy their action-adventure game where they play as a hypersexualized Asian doll. However, people are also allowed to make fun of you for trying to claim that this game is an important piece of culture being censored by authoritarian higher powers, and that the Gamerz need to rise up. It's especially embarrassing how, like Yandev wasting time to make videos crying about floods of annoying emails and online trolls, Grummz is putting so much time and effort into signal-boosting this important campaign for change when he's supposed to be working on his game that's remained in development Hell for 7-8 years.

I have mixed thoughts about this.
Mark Kern is definitely obsessed too much on twitter about sexiness, and he seems to be a grifter. People should NOT donate money to him, since he should have enough from Em8. I am not too mad about this though because kickstarters/indiegogos are mostly for people with money to burn and not care. Almost every time they disappoint.

On the other hand that Nick Calandra guy is IMO worse than Mark Kern because he bootlicks wokism and supports journos and their bullshit. Also I appreciate Mark Kerns activism. I don't lust after those digital women, but I CARE A LOT about censorhip, making heterosexual, normal people uglier, and DEI insertion. What they did was false advertising. He did help researching some parts of the SBI/DEI controversies.

He deserves a thread for his past deals and his absurd lust over anime women. But I can appreciate his activism.
