He may have talked about reducing his stream frequency because he can't justify streaming to a bunch of people without getting any money, but after that, he pushed through, and it paid off for him. His IRL stream is bringing in a lot of paypigs. As of rn, he put up a dono goal to hang out with TJ and Taylor for 600 dollars and he already got 300 or more.

Even if it's Jet's and Crash's fault for gassing him up, he needs to stop being so dramatic. He can burn a lot of goodwill from some of his fans.

I don't think anyone else was going to school when this started, but Shinji was, and he was told Crash was taking care of it.

That's the thing, the hype already died when he start to stream again. His first return stream viewers are so small compared to his initial stream. His change to capitalize on fishtank is over because he's too busy crying about bullying and death threats on the internet.

Personally, I think the best course for him is to just move on, focus on his study, and build vr sex matrix so he can goon till eternity, and find a job in Japan. Even TJ smart enough to move on from streaming, him and Shinji doesn't have the personality nor the temperance to be a streamer.

It's not a campaign. It's a new clan feature where you fuck with the others experience by launching "cyberattacks", really gay shit.

Sam also said he didn't really need to win the prize because he will have an easy streaming career when the tank finishes

Sam also mentioned about doing standup or something with him, but that never happened

I wouldn't mind watching him but he mumbles and is almost incoherent

that was just Sam connecting to him on a weeb level, the whole "comedy duos are a big thing in Japan" bit
it was just gay pandering, a little attempt in a flurry of displays of "I'm in tune with Japanese culture in a manner your average gaijin is not" - I don't think the man knows enough English to know Sam was trying to meaninglessly pander, so who cares

everybody involved in running the show was tuned out, the dopamine didn't hit the second season like it did when running the first one

That does seem to probably match up, considering Sam was also asking him about Malice Mizer, Cornelius, or Earthbound earlier in the show.

Jet was being a thin-skinned Croat baby on a Friday night and banned a well liked regular user on his Discord for pinging him. Jet responded with "mad?" and banned him on the spot.

just checked the server... I can see a ban in the post history but it was four months ago, I don't see jet saying "mad" either

the guy did say "on a Friday night" not "last Friday night"

I still don't understand NFTs it just seems all so artificial that I cannot believe anyone shills them let alone buys them.
Like crypto makes some sort of sense that its a dumb ass magical secondary money that has magic values controlled by a market, but NFTs are just so fucking stupidly dumb its like adding a second layer onto an already thin system.

If I remember correctly, some buyers of mondomegabits had a discord in which they coordinated, for lack of a better term, “raids” in the /ftl/ threads to distract from the fact that the show wasn’t doing too hot. All to drive up the value of their NFT’s lol.

It’s kind like how nicotine companies stayed relevant to newer generations by rebranding with vapes. Instead of nicotine nft’s are more similar to a lottery in a lot of ways in the sense that it caters to people who have a main character complex. The idea that if you buy early enough you might just be sitting on a gold mine waiting to happen.

They’re pumped full of artificial value through word of mouth, ads, and empty promises. By saying they’ll give you access to a future video game that’s in development, a ticket to an nft meet up, some shitty coffee beans, or maybe a gambling site that never functions properly they create the illusion that the hundreds or thousands of dollars you spent is actually an investment on the next big thing. And big surprise, most turn out to be Ponzi schemes.

I’m not too familiar with mondo megabits, but if it’s Jet’s project I have no doubt that it failed at accomplishing the goal of mass appeal due to Jet’s usually ignorance when it comes to marketing or engagement.
