TLC will be paying out big time for all the skin removal surgery if they renew the series. Tammy will very much learn what pain is. The only part of her body that won’t need cutting and stretching is maybe her feet/hands. She’ll never have a normal looking body, and her joints will never recover what she’s put them through.

Amy and Chris will be pissed, because neither of them are ready for plastics.

ETA: TLC will also be pissed because Tammy needs between $100k and $150k worth of plastic surgery. Face lift, neck lift, arms (both upper and lower), breast reconstruction, 360 degree abdominoplasty, mons tightening, and both thigh and calf tightening. IIRC, TLC used to have a program called The Swan, which involved a year of plastic surgery. Tammy will need that.

Then you can add another 30k+ for a full mouth of dental implants, and god only knows what for bilateral knee and hip replacement surgeries.

The first photo clearly shows she is so freakish and deformed that she honest to God looks like she could be a boss in a Resident Evil game, and I'm sure we are all appropriately horrified. The one on the right makes me sad, though, because you can actually see a trace of the normal-looking woman in her 30s she could have been. I hope she feels a lot better without all that weight, at least.

It almost looks like she has had a double mastectomy and the boobs are her gut rolls. I’ve never seen boobs that begin in the middle of a torso. It might be the weird filters she’s using but in that white dress it looks like her breasts start near the bottom of her rib cage.

We all have to work with what we've got. She may not have a "beautiful" face, but if she had never distorted her body so egregiously, she'd be perfectly presentable. It's nice to see that forehead in human proportions now, and to see a neck and shoulders. The extra skin and other effects of having been huge for so long are unfortunate, but she looks a million times better.
