Sounds like somebody just learned about "variants of unknown significance". I love it when munchies discover those.
Rose is fucking disgusting. Like, I feel visceral revulsion looking at her (and thinking about her "cuddling" her Special Friend in an adult sized crib). She's pretty obviously getting off on it, and the fetish aspect has become even more flagrant over time. She's not trying very hard to conceal it anymore.

Andie Proskus d/b/a andiesjourney is a 31 year old from Portland, Oregon who has been faking cancer, getting caught, deleting everything, and starting over for fifteen years now. She hides behind slightly more credible claims of muscular dystrophy, some real health problems, and a charity she has operated since 2011, throwing these in people’s faces when they try to accuse her of lying. She was posted to this thread way back in 2020, but the person who did it only scratched the surface and I don’t blame them. The rabbit hole is deep. The people she conned are scattered across the Internet, talking about how her public image, the abuse/harassment/bullying claims she hurls liberally, and the lack of extant proof of this shit happening means she’ll keep getting away with the same scheme over and over.
It turns out there’s actually plenty of proof if you know where to look and, more importantly, don’t value your free time. A warning: This is the longest goddamned thing I’ve ever written in my life. I wanted to make sure there was no room for her to wiggle out of. After seeing how many people she scammed I figured I better bring my A-game this time.
Andie has over two million subs on Tiktok, collaborating with some of the biggest accounts on the platform at her peak. She sometimes goes silent for prolonged periods after making harrowing health announcements, which might make people google looking for signs of life/an obit. Those people might instead stumble on this. If you are one of those people: Hello, I do not know Andie. I’ve never interacted with her. I am not the person she accuses of making fake accounts to harass her, nor did I contact her family. I don’t even follow her accounts with my sock accounts. I didn’t hack any of her accounts. I am a total outside observer. Everything I’m about to do is legal and all of this information was publicly available online when I began posting. Let’s start at her intro into this thread in September 2020. The poster back then never came back and updated with what they found but my god what an intro. In October 2011 Andie posted this biography on a local news website. She’s learning disabled and has been in SPED most of her life, and she also has physical disabilities. While a sophomore in high school she needed to have a spinal fusion because of myopathy. After the surgery her feet started to turn inward and this made it difficult to walk. Teachers and students alike bullied her for how slowly she walked, and later on facebook people accused her of faking it but it was only because they’d never heard of myopathy. Okay let’s start with “what kind of myopathy?” That’s not so much a disease as it is a symptom of other things. You can have a myopathy from a genetic diseases like our old pal mitochondrial disease, inborn errors of metabolism, and other things you’re born with. It can develop from acquired diseases, autoimmunities, or prolonged bed rest in ICU. It can be the consequence of prolonged corticosteroid use or even alcoholism. Just, all sorts of things can cause a myopathy. The treatment and prognosis are dependent on what the cause is and what system it’s affecting (see: a skeletal muscle myopathy vs. a cardiomyopathy that dissolves your heart). In her case we at least know it’s affected the skeletal muscles of the trunk and lower limbs.
The next thing they found was a woman named Ariana Winter Zuller posting to the Ellen Degeneres facebook page but instead of talking about the myopathy or learning disability, she’s talking about an eating disorder.
I looked into this Ariana chick and in current years she’s constantly getting popped for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia, theft, and outstanding warrants.
I checked the facebook page she was using in 2013 and it just added more layers of confusion. She and her family were pretty transient to begin with and sometime in her early teens she seems to have picked up freight-hopping and/or hitchhiking. She did pass at least through Portland a few times but didn’t stay long. My first guess was she knew Andie from an ED treatment program but that doesn’t seem to be the case. She posted this deleted or private video by Andie about her “anorexia journey” but they don’t appear to have known each other beyond Facebook.
Then I found her on her new account and she’s really not doing great. Homeless, hospitalized for alcohol withdrawals, in and out of jail, all her friends are junkies who drop like flies from ODs. Recently an infected tooth became endocarditis became septic emboli. They put her on vancomycin and it threw her into kidney failure. She’s getting actual housing now but n/s if she’s still using. She was in the hospital for months so presumably she detoxed the hard way but it doesn’t mean she maintained it.
And she was friends with alternate universe Cheyenne Perry who got hooked on heroin instead of benadryl. This Cheyenne calls herself “Krazy” and has been featured on Soft White Underbelly where she cries about how her bestie was killed when she fell off a train while high on computer duster Cheyenne provided. The friend is the other girl in her pfp. If you dig into this one, there’s people talking about how she was involved in beating a guy to death over drugs and has since whelped and abandoned a child to hop trains and do heroin. How the fuck did I get here? We are a few posts into this timeline and I have already forgotten who we’re talking about.

Digging deeper they found an old wordpress blog, Prayers for Andie, dating back to 2010. There's only two entries and it says it's the temporary home for the Prayers for Andie blog. Andie is 17, suffering from leukemia, a brain tumor, a rare autoimmune disease, and Bethlem Myopathy, among other things. Two weeks later they update to say she's in a medically induced coma but they're hoping she'll be healthy enough for heart surgery soon. Well.. at least we have an answer for the myopathy? Per the google, Bethlem myopathy 1 is a limb-girdle muscular dystrophy caused by a mutation of one of the genes coding for Type VI collagen (COL6A1, COL6A2, or COL6A3). It’s the mild end of a spectrum of Collagen VI muscular dystrophies, with the severe end being Ullrich Congenital Muscular Dystrophy, with a bunch of intermediate dystrophies caused by COL6 mutations between them. On a few MD discussions I saw (reddit, etc), it looks like people with the COL6 intermediates often choose to say they have Bethlem to signify it is a COL6 mutation but not as severe as Ullrich. But she also has two kinds of cancer, a rare autoimmune disease, and is in an induced coma awaiting heart surgery? This would have been her junior year of high school and she mentioned none of this in her bio about how she was bullied in high school for walking slowly in the halls. The facebook and caringbridge pages linked in the blog are long gone so that's no help, and the generic username "openembrace" doesn't find any hits that match.

Leukemia saying two cancer pages (Andie Proskus and Andie is my Hero) are scamming. Andie had gotten a lot of support in the cancer community by posting videos of herself singing and this woman was pissed to find out she was just using the cancer community for attention.
In 2016, someone comes back to this post to report it wasn’t really Andie behind those accounts. She never claimed to have cancer. Someone named Annie Soisson stole her identity and was using it to catfish cancer moms. Annie continues to harass Andie, says this poster. The poster is a dead end. Their profile is almost empty and searching just brings up information about the e-cigarette thing and a few hits for horse rescues this person chatted with.
The OP couldn't find much about Annie and the only thing they found linking Annie to Andie is some race results from 2014.
So I looked into Annie, naturally. From Ancestry I found she did not attend the same school as Andie. They did live somewhat close to each other in the same suburb but that doesn't mean much.
According to Annie’s facebook she’s also a singer, but again, different schools and Annie is a few years older. Singing is not exactly a rare hobby for young women, much to my dismay.
There’s this one article from 2012 talking about Annie being diagnosed with Crohns disease and the work she does for IBD charities, but that’s hardly a red flag. Crohns isn’t that rare and that’s the right age for average onset of symptoms. It’s perfectly normal for someone who has a nasty chronic illness to be involved in awareness or fundraising for it.
And the only other remotely questionable thing to be found is posting about some AA/addictions recovery groups but no word on if she attends those groups or is involved as a non-addict through work or her church or something. She does a lot of work supporting homeless and women’s shelters so I lean to the latter. Besides, being an alcoholic might make you do shitty things for shitty reasons, but it doesn’t exactly predispose you to elaborate cancer catfish plots.
A little further, there’s this March 2011 Allpoetry post by someone called "The Sexy Lesbian". This person met Andie on the school bus when they were in middle school and has just decided to look her up and see what she’s up to. They found the Prayers for Andie blog saying she has cancer and is in a coma. In the comments one person says it’s a scam and not the only time she faked cancer. Another says that’s a lie, she knows Andie IRL and has seen her in the hospital recovering. So far either Andie never claimed cancer and a girl with Crohns Disease who does the same races as her stole her identity, Andie did have cancer and her IRL friends watched her recover in the hospital, or Andie faked cancer, got caught, and blamed it on the girl with Crohns. Googling “Andie Proskus Cancer Scam” does not solve the riddle. All these accounts are dead ends.
OP found a then-active GFM page where Andie was asking for donos for something called "Smile Boxes" full of toys and fun things for children in hospitals. In this she claims she has a muscular disease and other problems and is currently dealing with a life-threatening infection of her spine 10 years after her fusion.
And that’s where our original post leaves us, and where Andie was left for years because by the time I came back I totally fucking forgot I wanted to look into her. Then Tricia, in all her yeasty glory, dedicated a dance to her on Tiktok. Since I was checking anyone Tricia posted about so I could point out that she is an utter ghoul for making SMA-1 and GPA patients worry about her self-inflicted problems, I wanted to see what Andie’s deal was. A quick scroll through tiktok got me feeling like I’ve seen her before. Google her name and from there I found the original KF post and remember oh right, I meant to look into her. Four years late is better than never.

So let’s dig into Andie and see what we can find. Like I said, much of her early internet presence has been wiped out over the years but there’s plenty of scraps remaining and I intend to find them all and preserve them. The oldest I can find is a youtube account dating to December 2008 under the handle jaderoarsbiggestfan. Jade Roars is some youtuber from New Zealand and responded to her first video of her and her friends goofing off in the cafeteria.
Many of her videos are just annoying teen girl fluff, singing or fucking around with her dog. Jade Roars does respond to almost all of them for a while. Weirdly, she refers to Andie as “Emma”.
May 2009. Other than looking a little greasy and ungroomed with droopy eyelids, nothing’s off.
She dances in this one. She’s maybe a little hunched over but it looks more like bad posture and trying to watch the computer screen to follow along or slumping a little to remain in the webcam’s view than a medical problem. She bends back with no issue when the dance demands it around 2:25.
Suddenly, November 2009, she posts a video saying she’s in the hospital yet again. It’s basically impossible to hear what she’s saying in this. She talks about being on a pain pump and says something about her back.
Then in a back brace, walking with a walker. I am pretty sure this is our fusion surgery. Then there’s no content for a year, which in Andie World does not mean there wasn’t content for a year. We’re going to learn that where there’s a gap, it means she was posting, but has deleted it, and we know 2010 is one of the years people say she was faking cancer.
In December 2009 she made another youtube, xSingingGoddess. There’s only four videos on it as of now, all singing. The first was posted June 2010 and she’s wearing her brace. The girl on her right is named Aubrey. Usually I don’t post minors who just happen to be associated with a munchie, but Aubrey and a few others Andie is associated with are kind of collateral damage by necessity. Andie doesn’t want us to know what happened and we have to use whatever sources are available. This means stalking her friends’ accounts, especially the ones who still run damage control for her as adults.
August she posts clips from some American Idol concert she went to. According to some AI fan site this was filmed days before she posted it. She only films the stage and we never see her.
There’s another old youtube channel called LoveableXDSinger01 that dates back to October 2010. She put a facebook link in the bio, but it’s the same dead one that was in the cancer blog. In the user pic she’s using a powerchair, but that tracks with maybe having a limb-girdle myopathy or some other muscle-melting malfunction going on so let’s not judge yet.
The current oldest public video on it is what looks like a high school choir singing “Old Time Rock n’ Roll” from 2010. Andie might be the person on the far left who is seated for the performance but there’s no description or information available. Andie has younger sisters so it could also be that she’s filming and one of the sisters is performing.
February 2011, we have this video of her singing the Star Spangled Banner. She’s in a powerchair with a head rest that’s doing nothing to support her. In January 2011, another youtube called AndieLovesSinging is created. There’s nothing interesting in the biography for this one.
First extant video on that channel is from May 2011. It’s another choir video and from this we can guess that yes, in the 2010 video she was on stage and she was the one seated.
April 2011, she posts to the jaderoars account, a cover of the viral song Friday by Rebecca Black. Jade still thinks her name is Emma. The youngins might not know this but it was kind of normal to make up a name to use online back in the pre-Facebook days when we were warned to never ever use your real name. I hesitate to chalk this up to anything other than the advice of the day.
June 2011, with Aubrey again. The AndieLovesSinging account has no content for another year after this.
Here’s one of her dancing in 2011 with someone named Jordan. Again her spine doesn’t move much. There's other people in wheelchairs in this shot and if you look closely you can see the name of the building behind them: Fanning Hall
Fanning Hall is the main dining hall at the Mount Hood Kiwanis Camp, a summer camp for kids with disabilities located in the Mount Hood National Forest outside of Portland.
In October 2011 she posts a news clip where she’s interviewed about bullying she experienced in high school where we can see her very very briefly walking with an extraordinary gait abnormality. Her knees are bent, her thighs are together, her back is straight but she’s pitched forward at the hips, and she almost looks like someone trying to sneak around quietly.
So that clip was posted right after the Lexie vs. Leukemia post where she was accused of faking cancer and it’s the last thing public on her youtube for a long while. But if you search youtube for other videos about her you land on some interesting things. The person who made this, Ashley Rose Johnson, pretty obviously has capital-A Autism. Per her other videos she also attended Mount Hood Kiwanis Camp. She did not personally meet Andie while she was there since in this video she says she hopes they can meet. She’s making this video singing to Andie telling her “if you can hear me, you can make this through. You’re a fighter.” This is almost an entire year after the Prayers for Andie posts about her being in a coma went up. I looked into Ashley and honestly, she’s great. She’s a Special Olympian and proud to be Miss Salvation Army Dishwashing Queen. With zero sarcasm, Ashley Rose Johnson is my favourite character in this whole thing and her social media was treat. Just a Jesus-lovin, baby-slipper-knittin’ gal living her best life with the support of her family and friends. God bless.
In the comments someone tells Ashley that Andie never had cancer, that yesterday she had blamed the faking on her friends, and that she did it to get free stuff. This account commenting is a dead end. From all this back story we can identify two distinct cancer faking scandals: the Prayers for Andie one in 2010 that may have just been two blog posts by some weirdo who stole her name and made up a character loosely based on her, and the 2011 Andie is my Hero facebook incident that this video and the Lexie vs. Leukemia post are about, which from context we can gather was using a lot of material from Andie’s real socials. Lexie vs. Leukemia specified “singing cancer girl” and we know Andie has the youtube accounts where she posts videos of her singing, but it could be that someone was posting her videos in cancer groups claiming to be her and she was unaware.
I know. Just let me writhe around and try to find any possible way she could be telling the truth. At this point we still can’t totally rule out that Annie or someone else who knows [of] Andie is using her identity to catfish. It’s not much of a thing to catfish for non-monetary reasons in this Tiktok look-at-me age we live in but it used to happen all the time. You’d find someone using stolen pics to claim some wild roleplay /wish fulfillment story and just assume it was an awkward 12 year old girl trying to make herself seem interesting or something of that sort. I imagine if you were a sick kid with a rare illness back then it was just kind of expected this would happen, like Gina Fiorentino stealing photos and videos from cystic fibrosis blogs, facebook pages, and youtube accounts for decades to create this character of the beautiful 23-year-old tragically dying of cystic fibrosis. I’d like a bit more evidence before saying she for-sure was behind the cancer faking.
Also in October 2011 we find this bizarre comment on a Portland State University post about their forum rules, talking about her experience in the Portland Symphonic Girlchoir and how she went to Mount Hood Kiwanis camp in summer 2011. These are things corroborated by her youtube.
Sometime around here there was another news segment on her, showing her delivering the first of her “smile boxes” to a little girl in the hospital. She posted this to her youtube in October 2016 but it says she’s 19, and later she will say she delivered her first box in 2011. Interesting that after getting accused of faking cancer twice she suddenly has a bunch of campaigns that make her seem like a selfless kindhearted individual. I mean that could be on the level, she really didn't do it and she's trying to redeem herself in the eyes of the local community. I looked into Brian but he’s just a weird Jesus-loving dude. If you’re a regular church-goer you know the type. Awkward and doesn’t pick up on social cues easily, probably has a touch of the 'tism, but genuine and always down to volunteer for whatever needs to be done. From what I can tell, he does a lot of work with the blind and sick through a church ministry and still volunteers with Andie on her smile box stuff. He seems to truly believe Andie’s story and think he’s supporting a good cause. And he actually is. While I have a lot to say about Andie and her motivations for doing this, she really does deliver hundreds or thousands of gifts to Ronald McDonald House and local children’s hospitals every year and donates what’s left over to a shelter for women and children. Abraham with the squinty eyes is his blind friend. They might live together and there’s tons of videos and photos where Abraham has his hand on Brian’s shoulder so Brian can guide him. Brian’s “in a relationship” status is the day he accepted Jesus into his heart. Again I just kind of unironically love the side characters here. The friendship between Brian and Abraham is so wholesome it hurts my teeth. Just two guys eating burgers and goin on adventures!

This one is great and gives us some early insight into the total lack of self-awareness Andie possesses. Walking on a manual (unpowered) treadmill with a support harness at PT in April. Taking the tiniest little shuffling steps like her legs are glued together. A woman in the room remarks that she’s in a harness and the therapist says “by special request,” to which the first woman (presumably her mom) says, “that’s so she can get pictures.” She goes on to say Andie documents everything that happens. The therapist seems thoroughly convinced this is bullshit, by my reckoning, and keeps telling Andie to take larger steps, scooch forward, and kick a foam mat while Andie keeps taking these tiny steps and leaning her upper body forward. The woman I think is her mom asks if it would help if she uses her arms. The therapist says it would help if she stood up straight.
Brian made this strange post in April 2012 about Andie meeting someone named Linda. This video was hosted locally on the blog but the blog is no longer online so the link 404s. I’m working from an archived copy someone made in 2015. I checked Brian's youtube but whatever this was, he never uploaded a copy there.

On the 9th of May Andie makes a video about getting a package from Linda. Linda lives somewhere tropical and is calling Andie while she opens the box, which contains a plush panda. Then in a back brace, walking with a walker. I am pretty sure this is our fusion surgery. Then there’s no content for a year, which in Andie World does not mean there wasn’t content for a year. We’re going to learn that where there’s a gap, it means she was posting, but has deleted it, and we know 2010 is one of the years people say she was faking cancer.
In December 2009 she made another youtube, xSingingGoddess. There’s only four videos on it as of now, all singing. The first was posted June 2010 and she’s wearing her brace. The girl on her right is named Aubrey. Usually I don’t post minors who just happen to be associated with a munchie, but Aubrey and a few others Andie is associated with are kind of collateral damage by necessity. Andie doesn’t want us to know what happened and we have to use whatever sources are available. This means stalking her friends’ accounts, especially the ones who still run damage control for her as adults.
August she posts clips from some American Idol concert she went to. According to some AI fan site this was filmed days before she posted it. She only films the stage and we never see her.
There’s another old youtube channel called LoveableXDSinger01 that dates back to October 2010. She put a facebook link in the bio, but it’s the same dead one that was in the cancer blog. In the user pic she’s using a powerchair, but that tracks with maybe having a limb-girdle myopathy or some other muscle-melting malfunction going on so let’s not judge yet.
The current oldest public video on it is what looks like a high school choir singing “Old Time Rock n’ Roll” from 2010. Andie might be the person on the far left who is seated for the performance but there’s no description or information available. Andie has younger sisters so it could also be that she’s filming and one of the sisters is performing.
February 2011, we have this video of her singing the Star Spangled Banner. She’s in a powerchair with a head rest that’s doing nothing to support her. The youngins might not know this but it was kind of normal to make up a name to use online back in the pre-Facebook days when we were warned to never ever use your real name. I hesitate to chalk this up to anything other than the advice of the day.

Fanning Hall is the main dining hall at the Mount Hood Kiwanis Camp, a summer camp for kids with disabilities located in the Mount Hood National Forest outside of Portland.
In October 2011 she posts a news clip where she’s interviewed about bullying she experienced in high school where we can see her very very briefly walking with an extraordinary gait abnormality. Her knees are bent, her thighs are together, her back is straight but she’s pitched forward at the hips, and she almost looks like someone trying to sneak around quietly.
So that clip was posted right after the Lexie vs. Leukemia post where she was accused of faking cancer and it’s the last thing public on her youtube for a long while. But if you search youtube for other videos about her you land on some interesting things. The person who made this, Ashley Rose Johnson, pretty obviously has capital-A Autism. Per her other videos she also attended Mount Hood Kiwanis Camp. She did not personally meet Andie while she was there since in this video she says she hopes they can meet. She’s making this video singing to Andie telling her “if you can hear me, you can make this through. You’re a fighter.” This is almost an entire year after the Prayers for Andie posts about her being in a coma went up. I looked into Ashley and honestly, she’s great. She’s a Special Olympian and proud to be Miss Salvation Army Dishwashing Queen. With zero sarcasm, Ashley Rose Johnson is my favourite character in this whole thing and her social media was treat. Just a Jesus-lovin, baby-slipper-knittin’ gal living her best life with the support of her family and friends. God bless.
In the comments someone tells Ashley that Andie never had cancer, that yesterday she had blamed the faking on her friends, and that she did it to get free stuff. This account commenting is a dead end. From all this back story we can identify two distinct cancer faking scandals: the Prayers for Andie one in 2010 that may have just been two blog posts by some weirdo who stole her name and made up a character loosely based on her, and the 2011 Andie is my Hero facebook incident that this video and the Lexie vs. Leukemia post are about, which from context we can gather was using a lot of material from Andie’s real socials. Lexie vs. Leukemia specified “singing cancer girl” and we know Andie has the youtube accounts where she posts videos of her singing, but it could be that someone was posting her videos in cancer groups claiming to be her and she was unaware.
I know. Just let me writhe around and try to find any possible way she could be telling the truth. At this point we still can’t totally rule out that Annie or someone else who knows [of] Andie is using her identity to catfish. It’s not much of a thing to catfish for non-monetary reasons in this Tiktok look-at-me age we live in but it used to happen all the time. You’d find someone using stolen pics to claim some wild roleplay /wish fulfillment story and just assume it was an awkward 12 year old girl trying to make herself seem interesting or something of that sort. I imagine if you were a sick kid with a rare illness back then it was just kind of expected this would happen, like Gina Fiorentino stealing photos and videos from cystic fibrosis blogs, facebook pages, and youtube accounts for decades to create this character of the beautiful 23-year-old tragically dying of cystic fibrosis. I’d like a bit more evidence before saying she for-sure was behind the cancer faking.
Also in October 2011 we find this bizarre comment on a Portland State University post about their forum rules, talking about her experience in the Portland Symphonic Girlchoir and how she went to Mount Hood Kiwanis camp in summer 2011. These are things corroborated by her youtube.

July 2012, she makes her first video of substance. It’s about Mount Hood Kiwanis Camp but mostly, blessedly, her medical story. I can't get this fucker to upload to save my life so I just put it on a sock. If someone else wants to give it a shot I'd appreciate it.
She says she has a learning disability and a physical disability and uses a wheelchair. She’s been in special education from middle school and was in the resource room in elementary. (Burger-to-normal people translation: in American primary schools the “resource room” is where some learning disabled students are taught. Depending on the time period and the school district it might be where the most disabled students are for the whole day, or maybe a place for dyslexic students to get some one-on-one support outside of the pressure of the regular classroom. Sometimes it’s also where ESL students go until they can mainstream into an English-speaking classroom.) Halfway through sophomore year of high school her back started to hunch over gradually and she was walking around bent over. Her parents were at a loss. They went to multiple doctors, ortho surgeons, she had a bone scan, MRIs, and nothing showed up.
Right from the start she was given a brace that did not help and was painful to wear. The surgeon recommended a scoliosis brace that she wore for “a very long time” but was still in pain and her back was still hunching over. X-rays “showed her standing bent over” but did not explain why and no surgeon was willing to operate on this mystery hunch. Hers was not scoliosis but “more kyphosis.” She’s referred to Shriners where the surgeon puts her under anesthesia to see if her spine straightens and it does. So… by that story, regular braces don’t help her stand upright, because her spine is stuck in that hunched position and she can’t be moved from it. But when she’s under anesthesia it disappears and only reappears when she wakes up. The surgeon says it’s in her head or she’s faking which is also the only conclusion I can draw.
Her parents then took her to see her aunt, a neurologist in St. Louis. Her aunt did muscle strength testing and she was “really really weak.” As you can imagine, if you have an interest in proving you are weak it’s pretty easy to do so. Her muscle ultrasound and EMG were abnormal and she had shortened muscle fibers on biopsy, leading a pediatric neurologist to believe it was a myopathy. She couldn’t stand up straight because of muscle weakness. But if it was muscle weakness without contracture, then she could straighten it out just by laying down. Alex Dacy/Wheelchair Rapunzel is usually slumped forward when she’s upright because her muscles are too weak to hold her up but when she’s reclined her back is straight because that’s how gravity works. The braces Andie got would have worked if it was just muscle weakness. The only way this makes sense, that braces don’t work but anesthesia does, is if she was using her muscle to force herself into that position.
If you google her mother’s name you get this obit for David Green, late husband of Dr. Barbara Green. She is indeed a neurologist specializing in multiple sclerosis and the founder of the MS Center of St. Louis. All of the reviews of her say that for the past two decades she has worked with MS patients and she seems to be great at this. I don’t see anything suspicious in her internet presence like I do with our typical docs. The clinic she’s associated with currently, the MS Center for Innovation in Care, is affiliated with a regular hospital (Missouri Baptist) and does take insurance. Nothing odd there, except as family she was perhaps more willing to believe the lies.
Back to the video, once she got the diagnosis of myopathy, she got a spinal fusion in St. Louis and spent time in the hospital. She had two braces she had to wear around the clock. Two to three months after surgery, she had to go back to school with her walker. Suddenly her hips started to pitch forward and her knees and feet turned in. This was rapid progression of her myopathy, and it led to harassment by school staff and teachers. She was interviewed about the “bullying” in the school newspaper and after it was published the harassment slowed down. Spoiler, I’m writing this at the end. I only found this account after I thought I’d finished archiving everything and was almost done writing, so I know all the punchlines at this point. Andie LOVES to peddle her sob story to whatever news source, blog, website, or mom group will let her speak, often making claims of abuse or harassment by people. She does this to intimidate and silence her critics. The people she’s accusing know that from the outside the little cripple girl with the learning disabilities is going to tug the right heartstrings so they give up.
The rest of this video is huffing her own farts about how she was all alone in the hospital with no one to visit her and this made her start her own charity bringing fun things to children. She started it in November 2011. She’s just such a giver and loves bringing smiles to others. She estimates she’s made and delivered about 70 boxes. She talks about her anti-booly campaign and how she’s so strong but also about ending up in the hospital for what sounds like suicidal ideation (read: tantrum). She wants Ellen Degeneres to boost her story and says she made a video about her story trying to catch her attention. She has now started expanding her smile box charity to focus on getting socks to hand out to kids at the hospital.
19 minutes in she finally starts talking about camp and how she makes friends there. She mumbles about friendship and how much fun she had but it’s not about her sob story or what a great person she is so she cuts to a slideshow of pictures of herself, set to “True Colors” and “Part of Your World.”
This is I guess proof of her “hunch”. Wow. I don’t know what I expected. I guess this would track with her claims that it’s a severe muscle weakness, but man, in the context of some geeky musical-obsessed high schooler I could just as easily think she was trying to do the Time Warp (again!)
And then we have wheelchairs.
These are from the “in the hospital again” video we saw earlier. So that thing in the PT video about how Andie likes video because she wants the pictures? She has someone film her so she can harvest it for individual frames to post. We’ll see another example of this soon.
It’s a lot of hospital pics. The fact that she’s in a Bair Hugger and cap for a bunch of these implies surgery but her hair was longer and curly when she had the fusion a while back, so who knows? This could have been an endoscopy or some super routine shit

We know her stupid hat era was late 2011, possibly before that, and we know that the Lexie vs. Leukemia callout post was September 2011, so possible this mid-cancer fake. But again, I don't have sufficient evidence to say that's definitely what happened and it is entirely possible in this era that someone she knew stole her innocent pics and catfished cancer moms with them.
This is a stander. Natalia Rijos has the same one. It costs like $3000 but I think some places rent them and I suppose it would be useful right after major spine surgery.

The rest of this video is huffing her own farts about how she was all alone in the hospital with no one to visit her and this made her start her own charity bringing fun things to children. She started it in November 2011. She’s just such a giver and loves bringing smiles to others. She estimates she’s made and delivered about 70 boxes. She talks about her anti-booly campaign and how she’s so strong but also about ending up in the hospital for what sounds like suicidal ideation (read: tantrum). She wants Ellen Degeneres to boost her story and says she made a video about her story trying to catch her attention. She has now started expanding her smile box charity to focus on getting socks to hand out to kids at the hospital.
19 minutes in she finally starts talking about camp and how she makes friends there. She mumbles about friendship and how much fun she had but it’s not about her sob story or what a great person she is so she cuts to a slideshow of pictures of herself, set to “True Colors” and “Part of Your World.”
This is I guess proof of her “hunch”. Wow. I don’t know what I expected. I guess this would track with her claims that it’s a severe muscle weakness, but man, in the context of some geeky musical-obsessed high schooler I could just as easily think she was trying to do the Time Warp (again!)

It’s a lot of hospital pics. The fact that she’s in a Bair Hugger and cap for a bunch of these implies surgery but her hair was longer and curly when she had the fusion a while back, so who knows? This could have been an endoscopy or some super routine shit

I cannot believe how fake her muscle weakness and gait issues look. I cannot believe she got any response from doctors besides "Straight to the psych doctors, do not pass Go, do not collect 200 dollars." There must truly be some extreme levels of doctor shopping/test faking/manipulation involved. If I, a stupid internet retard, can look at her straining and displaying good muscle strength to perform precise bunny hop steps while perfectly maintaining her balance, and hold her neck in the most obvious fake hunch a child can use to attract attention.... how could a surgeon operate on her?

It's especially wild since actual scoliosis testing involves see whether the curve is flexible/reducible and I think any one trying to fake it would end up accidentally providing the opposite of what they meant to. For example, for a left concave curve, the first test is bending to the left for a sort of control group and then to the right, against the curve, to see how much it can be reduced by actively bending against it - but I'm guessing the instinct would be the opposite: "oooo I can't bend left, it's so stiff" and then bending to the right easily. I don't know how any decent surgeon would perform surgery without such a simple test.

I'm pretty sure those are the ones where everyone has VUSes and they're probably harmless or at least any harms are unknown. I know they aren't supposed to make clinical decisions based off of them. I have heard of people with VUS RYR mutations have a maligant hyperthermia risk on their medical records, just to be safe.
I agree and it's rare because she's a normal size which is normally less gross but she is evidence for anyone with a trach fetish being in minecraft.

Andie Proskus part 2. In part 1 we discovered young Andie was accused of faking cancer online, but claims it was someone who stole her photos and used them to catfish. We also learned she faked kyphosis and got called out by an orthopedist at Shriners, who found her “hunch” completely disappeared under anesthesia. She was taken to St. Louis where her aunt hooked her up with a neurologist who determined she actually had a myopathic disorder and she was soon set up for a near-total fusion of her spine at age 16. Soon after this surgery she developed a funny fake gait abnormality and got a powerchair. She also claimed an eating disorder, started an anti-bully facebook campaign, a charity delivering “smile boxes” to children’s hospitals, and a facebook group devoted to trying to get her on the Ellen Degeneres show. In this part, we watch her find a new audience and milk them for all they’re worth.
More than even the initial cancer faking, the running mommies were the ones that got to me. I guess because with the cancer we didn't really see the people who fell for it. This time we did. We watched these people get sucked into her vortex and how she boiled them like frogs in a pot, starting with just her cripple walks and moving onto having them do literally everything for her and devote themselves to her service. By the time we got to the end of this saga could any of these women have reasonably criticized her, between the other moms and the media circus? Did any of them think something was amiss between her claimed level of disability and her proven level of ability? Were they afraid to rock the boat once Andie Fever set in? I guess we'll never know.
December 2012, Brian’s back on the blog to say that Andie has started a new FB page to send 1000 “Hope cards” out because of the Sandy Hook school shooting. There was also a chat room at one point. All of this is gone now.
January 2013, Andie announces on Facebook (as reposted on the blog by Brian) that the Royal Rosarians – Portland’s city ambassadors – will be honoring Andie at their annual banquet.
He attends the event and documents it for us.
The Royal Rosarians posted his recording of her segment on their youtube in March 2013. Andie goes on stage in her power chair and it looks like she’s lost a significant amount of weight since the news segment was filmed.

Andie is back in early 2014 completing a race called the Heartbreaker 5k. This is a full unedited 90 minute video of the entire walk. I downloaded it but I’m not going to even attempt to attach the whole thing because it’s mostly just Brian filming the road and talking to her about very mundane things – the weather, how far they are along the course, that sort of thing. And also I don’t know how to break a video into pieces, lol.
Here’s the only really interesting part. Her gait abnormality is now totally different. Now instead of her legs being glued together from hip to knee and little tiny shuffling steps, she can separate them but her right knee crosses hard over her left leg when it’s in the front because her foot is turned nearly completely inward. That foot also remains flexed the entire time she’s walking. This is again giving “too much muscle tone” and an attempt to portray contractures rather than weakness. This does happen with MD as an attempt to compensate for the weakness using the muscles that work can result in a weird contracture but from everything I’m reading, it’s usually a “tip toe” contracture as the calf becomes hypertrophic trying to compensate for weak muscles on the front of the leg. What she’s doing is the opposite, contracting the muscles in the front of the leg. I don’t know why this video has no audio but it took me roughly 8 years to even figure out how to clip this so I’m calling it good enough.
She also uploads a clip to her jaderoars account. Fun fact: this video is how I found the account. I saw the title of the video in a Tiktok she posted in 2021 and searched it on youtube using an exact term search. I expected the account to have been long set to private by then but was pleasantly surprised.
A few days later she uploads this video called “There is no excuses”. It’s another slideshow. Of course.

And then two longer half hour ones of the race itself. Again it seems like her gait abnormality has loosened up even more. Especially when she’s distracted talking to someone she seems much more able to take nearly natural steps than she was even just a few days ago at Heartbreaker. I especially want you to pay attention to what happens around 11 minutes into this when Brian is behind her. You can very clearly see that as she’s stepping forward with her right leg, the foot briefly straightens out to clear her left. It’s hard to see when she’s head on but if you’re looking at the soles of her shoes it’s really easy to notice. She probably didn’t even know she was doing this.
Another run from March 2014, Luckython. It’s potato quality but it answered one of my questions: no Andie does not wear an AFO. The turned-in foot is just in constant dorsiflexion while she walks. The obvious answer is Andie is holding it that way on purpose to keep the foot turned inward while also making sure her toes don’t catch on the sidewalk as she steps which requires reasonable muscle control. But I suppose it could be a really, really weird contracture or that those muscles are unaffected and whatever is causing this is something up in the pelvic girdle she’s compensating for. Look, I try to give these girls the benefit of the doubt that they’re not lying about any one thing because Rachel Denton had a stroke, Katie Stanina has epilepsy, and Mazzy Noriega needed a liver transplant as a child.
The video itself is worth watching if only because Brian talks to another walker the whole time about Andie, commenting on how fast she can walk and how he's often racing to catch up with her. He also tells us how he met Andie: he knew someone who was being treated for cancer. He saw her tagging herself at the same hospital and complaining she was cold so he brought her an electric blanket. Having proven himself useful, she keeps him around. These are the last videos posted to the StandingUptoBullying account.
Run Oregon made a post about her a few days later. We learn that she’s walked up to a 10k since she started in February. That is a very fast increase in distance, especially for someone with a muscle wasting disease! She’s planning a half marathon soon. A half-marathon is a little over 13 miles or 21km so she’s more than doubling her distance again in just a few weeks. Amazing. The anachan has managed to make people praise her for walking off all those pesky calories. She also once again says she wants to be on the Ellen show.
They actually linked out to her anti-bully facebook page so now I can say with certainty that it has been removed, not just lost in the noise.
Here’s the only really interesting part. Her gait abnormality is now totally different. Now instead of her legs being glued together from hip to knee and little tiny shuffling steps, she can separate them but her right knee crosses hard over her left leg when it’s in the front because her foot is turned nearly completely inward. That foot also remains flexed the entire time she’s walking. This is again giving “too much muscle tone” and an attempt to portray contractures rather than weakness. This does happen with MD as an attempt to compensate for the weakness using the muscles that work can result in a weird contracture but from everything I’m reading, it’s usually a “tip toe” contracture as the calf becomes hypertrophic trying to compensate for weak muscles on the front of the leg. What she’s doing is the opposite, contracting the muscles in the front of the leg. I don’t know why this video has no audio but it took me roughly 8 years to even figure out how to clip this so I’m calling it good enough.
She also uploads a clip to her jaderoars account. Fun fact: this video is how I found the account. I saw the title of the video in a Tiktok she posted in 2021 and searched it on youtube using an exact term search. I expected the account to have been long set to private by then but was pleasantly surprised.

We’ve seen a blurry version of this, but now can see the guy’s shirt says Shriner’s Hospital for Children and he’s wearing an ID badge. Shriner’s is, as we know, where she got called out for faking because her “hunch” straightened out under anesthesia.

In April 2014 we find this account called Rivermom77 interacting with an account called @andiesings. Rivermom is a woman named Stefanie, a runner involved in a bunch of local facebook groups including, apparently, some which Andie was also a member of.
If you search the andiesings handle the first hits are not her, but the one links to her profile on Oregon Live – the original bio we had from October 2011.

The BetterSeries account was hijacked by a supposed “private massage coordinator” (scammer/catfish) in 2022 thus the Arabic name and big tiddy gf pfp.
Here’s Stefanie in May 2014, saying she saw Andie's facebook post and she’d be happy to push her in races if there was something she could safely be pushed in that Stefanie could tolerate pushing for that long. It’s clear from this post that Andie has been all over local running groups on Facebook talking about how she challenged herself and won against her disease and all that shit and these people have been buying it.
June 2014, Stefanie says that Andie is getting a running wheelchair soon and she’ll be pushing her in races.
Their first trial run is on the 20th. Andie has now convinced another adult to push her in a stroller like an overgrown toddler.
Stefanie also dedicated her daily miles to Andie, wrote on herself, and wore one of those silicone awareness bracelets to keep Andie always on her mind.
On 3 July Andie posts a video for Stefanie on her jaderoars account. You can see her sternum is visible from the weight loss.
They have their first race together on 4th of July.

It implies Andie was being very open about her ED and possibly interacting in the nebulous "pro-recovery" Pro-ana zones Paris was in. Those communities get wiped out at the drop of a pin so it’s a waste of time trying to pursue her there.
Yeah you know, if I saw those thighs and her in a stroller and knew nothing else about her I’d just take it on face value that she has some kind of disease affecting her muscles. My first guess would be Cerebral Palsy and I'd think her legs were kind of stuck up in that position, though.

This video is from 2015 but it was only posted in 2019. It’s very awkward. Mason Stafford and Brian Hartwig are both there, along with a young woman in a blue coat whose name is Jessica Blaumer. Jessica is another person Andie knows from the special ed program at Beaverton High. It seems like Andie had another miracle re-learning to walk through grit and determination saga. In the beginning Andie is discussing not wanting to be filmed while she eats a cookie because it might make her anxious. After crossing a short bridge, Andie sits down next to a woman who has brought Oreos. She’s handed a cookie, fiddles with it in her hand for a while, and pretends to be unable to lift it to her mouth until someone comes over to hold it to her mouth and feed it to her. She has now convinced these women her arms are too weak to feed herself. This actually could be a problem she had if she had a limb-girdle muscular dystrophy that affected her shoulders. I looked into a bunch of people who had the real deal and, with the caveat that it’s not one disease but a bunch of really rare ones with some variability, most of them had shoulder weakness that made raising their arms difficult or impossible. But I think by now we’re all leaning to Andie wants these women to care for her like a literal baby.
A few days later, another twenty goddamned minute slideshow of pics of herself. If this girl was any more full of herself, she’d create a black hole. We learn in this one that she only used the chair outside the house was constantly told she was a stupid disabled girl who would never accomplish anything (by whom, exactly?) She discovered running groups on facebook and decided she wanted to do that so she bought a walker. Then she started walking further and further every day. Her first walk in January was a mile that took her over half an hour. Three days later she's doing two at that pace, then three, up to 10 miles at 20 minutes per mile by March. That's a remarkably fast increase for a healthy person let alone one who claims to have a debilitating muscle disease that left her unable to take more than a few shuffling steps.
Then the mystery hospitalization when she was told she shouldn’t race. Yeah lemme guess, it’s because they knew you had an ED and were using compulsive exercise to lose weight, but you used this to convince some nice running mommies to push you in a strolly.
I like the juxtaposition here between Stefani and the other runners suffering in the heat and Andie enjoying a nice cool breeze.

In June 2015, Mason posts some videos of her going up Terwilliger Hill in her walker. Brian’s there with Abraham holding his shoulder, along with Stefanie and other members of the Moms Run crew. At the start, while her gear is being adjusted, she stands nice and straight with barely a slight turn to her “bad” leg. I’d also like to point out her shoulder muscles look proportionate to her weight. Looking up real cases of LGMD, their upper bodies end up looking kind of freaky from the disproportionate loss of muscle..
Watch her foot in part 2. Nice and straight then suddenly swings in to almost a 90 degree angle when she steps forwards with it. This is something she’s doing intentionally. At least back in the earlier runs she kept it turned in except for a brief moment when she swung it around her opposite leg. This time she’s going up a steep hill and her body is compensating for that whether she wants it to or not.
Now that she’s on less steep terrain she can go back to her extreme gait. The spectators form a human tunnel and cheer her on as she walks through this.
Another lamb to the slaughter. Cora Dawn is another member of the Moms Run This Town crew and has been at least aware of Andie since Stefanie first started running with her. In July she posts her first pic of Andie with the MRTT crew. Cora’s husband has MS and she donates all her charity miles to MS research, not Andie's bullshit.
Lovebombing people over the Andiethon. We now have two neck pillows, one on her neck and one behind her head.
A few more runs. In August someone comments that they can’t find Andie on Instagram anymore, but Stefanie doesn’t respond. Andie now has a bunch of cushions supporting her in the stroller which we’ve never seen before.
We now have a soft cervical collar.
Other people are starting to dedicate their running miles to Andie.
In October, the news runs a piece about her. I think this is the first time since the cancer blog said she had Bethlem myopathy that I can find someone explicitly saying she has muscular dystrophy rather than saying myopathy or a muscle disease. The narrator says she's lost the ability to lift things, swallow, and walk on her own. Yeah, she's trying to claim the ED was just her not being able to eat because of dysphagia, huh? They talk about her walking the waterfront loop in Portland and then talk to Stefanie about running with her. Once again we witness the phenomenon that Andie is perfectly capable of straightening her leg out when she wants to make sure she doesn’t catch her toes or hit her opposite leg but then dramatically turns it inward to place it. You know, if I didn’t know everything else I know about her, I’d just chalk this up to my own ignorance of the subject. Maybe she just has a really weird issue that causes this step-pivot action. But given everything else we know and what we’re about to see? Lol.
Andie has gotten her new Hoyt racing chair and gotten to be pushed in the Portland Marathon by a runner named Brian Bernier making her, technically, a marathon finisher even though she did nothing but lie to people.
I looked into this Brian, of course. He’s totally just a normal guy, a single dad who runs marathons including invitationals like Boston and he wanted to help the cripple girl after one of the Moms Run ladies he knew asked if he could help make her dreams come true.
But the search linked me to Andie’s profile on something called Run Junkies where it turns out that waterfront loop she’s doing is 6 miles, she still does it every day and she does this despite her doctors allegedly telling her she needs to stop doing races. So... If she can walk 6 miles daily no matter what the weather is doing and has been doing this the whole time, why can’t she walk the occasional 5k? Or a 10k for that matter, since 10k=6mi? How did this not strike anyone as totally fucking contradictory?? Also anorexic exercising every day no matter what the weather’s doing or how she’s feeling is not something people would normally be patting her on the back for. She’s found a way to engage in her ED behavior and make it impossible to point out that’s what she’s doing without having a bunch of true believers grab the pitchforks.

in January Andie’s LoveableXDSinger01 account posts 17 clips of her doing karaoke. Kristi and Stefanie and some of the other moms are there. They hold Andie’s drinks to her mouth and hold the microphone when she wants to sing. In this clip, they do the happy birthday thing. Andie’s birthday is in August so unless they’re celebrating this months after the fact, it means she’s had the Aspen for at least that long. Again she is hand-fed by her new mommies.
The same month these videos from Uberthon’s quarter annual marathon go up. Andie’s being pushed by a woman named Heather but they don’t even name Heather as she crosses the finish line. The announcer simply says “Hey, there is Andie” and the woman who did the work gets no shout out. Andie has a neck pillow instead of her collar. After crossing the finish line, she just complains that she’s wet and cold.
They document her being loaded into an accessible cab.

In February 2016, Stefanie says she completed the 1000 miles she dedicated to Andie at the start of 2014. She never mentions Andie on her IG again. This might be insignificant as she seems to have quit running entirely around here for various reasons.

Kirsten Jett almost qualified for Boston but was a tiny hair under the time needed. She decided to dedicate her miles to Andie AND donate to muscular dystrophy charities in her honor. Did I mention Kirsten Jett has lupus? Because she has lupus. She lives in Utah, never met this chick, has a real illness but is made to feel bad for Andie over a fake disease.

Also in April Andie does an interpretive wheelchair dance to “Let it Go”. This is not her old powerchair. It’s a much fancier one, I think a Permobil. I want you to note that she never moves her arms during the dance because she’s trying to convince her running mommies that her arms are too weak now but she does use her hands at the beginning to start the video recording and the music. The spiral stairs behind her will get mentioned a lot in the future but just like, look around her house. It's an old 70s rancher with a bonus room at the top of that stairway and it's def not built for wheelchairs. There's a step to even get into the dining room. There's absolutely no chance she's using the chair inside for anything more than show. I also want you to know that I have a deep autistic hatred of women singing for attention (you know exactly what I mean, the Broadway wannabes who need to belt out a tune in Target so you, a stranger trying to buy floor polish and toilet paper, know they can sing!) Having to watch all these to see if she says or does anything interesting is my living hell. There were 100 videos on this channel and probably 75% of them were her singing.
This person dedicated a race to Andie in April 2016. She lives in another part of the country and has a child with cerebral palsy who was born at 23 weeks and almost died in NICU but you know. Andie’s the one who needs support.

Lisa Boucher also stopped tagging Andie in July. And thus we conclude the Andie Runs This Town saga. Almost none of the runners I can find ever mention her again. Was it out of sight, out of mind? She stopped trying to be involved in races so they stopped being interested in her plight? Or did she pull some stunt that finally made the MRTT ladies realize Annie was right? Did the the moms simply scatter to the winds because of life circumstances?
I’m sure this was excessive but once I got hooked on the question of why these people all dropped Andie in mid-2016 after a year and a half of blind support, I couldn’t stop trying to answer it. Lisa Martinez has moved out of Portland and is still talking to/about Andie on Facebook and there’s one or two people who still pop back up in the future, so if there was some kind of drama the response wasn’t universal.
And there’s this one post in 2016 that may be Kristi telling Andie to keep fighting something that’s ailing her, but the comments she's responding to are long gone so we don’t know.
Watch her foot in part 2. Nice and straight then suddenly swings in to almost a 90 degree angle when she steps forwards with it. This is something she’s doing intentionally. At least back in the earlier runs she kept it turned in except for a brief moment when she swung it around her opposite leg. This time she’s going up a steep hill and her body is compensating for that whether she wants it to or not.
Now that she’s on less steep terrain she can go back to her extreme gait. The spectators form a human tunnel and cheer her on as she walks through this.
Another lamb to the slaughter. Cora Dawn is another member of the Moms Run This Town crew and has been at least aware of Andie since Stefanie first started running with her. In July she posts her first pic of Andie with the MRTT crew. Cora’s husband has MS and she donates all her charity miles to MS research, not Andie's bullshit.
Lovebombing people over the Andiethon. We now have two neck pillows, one on her neck and one behind her head.
A few more runs. In August someone comments that they can’t find Andie on Instagram anymore, but Stefanie doesn’t respond. Andie now has a bunch of cushions supporting her in the stroller which we’ve never seen before.
We now have a soft cervical collar.

In October, the news runs a piece about her. I think this is the first time since the cancer blog said she had Bethlem myopathy that I can find someone explicitly saying she has muscular dystrophy rather than saying myopathy or a muscle disease. The narrator says she's lost the ability to lift things, swallow, and walk on her own. Yeah, she's trying to claim the ED was just her not being able to eat because of dysphagia, huh? They talk about her walking the waterfront loop in Portland and then talk to Stefanie about running with her. Once again we witness the phenomenon that Andie is perfectly capable of straightening her leg out when she wants to make sure she doesn’t catch her toes or hit her opposite leg but then dramatically turns it inward to place it. You know, if I didn’t know everything else I know about her, I’d just chalk this up to my own ignorance of the subject. Maybe she just has a really weird issue that causes this step-pivot action. But given everything else we know and what we’re about to see? Lol.
Andie has gotten her new Hoyt racing chair and gotten to be pushed in the Portland Marathon by a runner named Brian Bernier making her, technically, a marathon finisher even though she did nothing but lie to people.
I looked into this Brian, of course. He’s totally just a normal guy, a single dad who runs marathons including invitationals like Boston and he wanted to help the cripple girl after one of the Moms Run ladies he knew asked if he could help make her dreams come true.
But the search linked me to Andie’s profile on something called Run Junkies where it turns out that waterfront loop she’s doing is 6 miles, she still does it every day and she does this despite her doctors allegedly telling her she needs to stop doing races. So... If she can walk 6 miles daily no matter what the weather is doing and has been doing this the whole time, why can’t she walk the occasional 5k? Or a 10k for that matter, since 10k=6mi? How did this not strike anyone as totally fucking contradictory?? Also anorexic exercising every day no matter what the weather’s doing or how she’s feeling is not something people would normally be patting her on the back for. She’s found a way to engage in her ED behavior and make it impossible to point out that’s what she’s doing without having a bunch of true believers grab the pitchforks.

More than even the initial cancer faking, the running mommies were the ones that got to me. I guess because with the cancer we didn't really see the people who fell for it. This time we did. We watched these people get sucked into her vortex and how she boiled them like frogs in a pot, starting with just her cripple walks and moving onto having them do literally everything for her and devote themselves to her service. By the time we got to the end of this saga could any of these women have reasonably criticized her, between the other moms and the media circus? Did any of them think something was amiss between her claimed level of disability and her proven level of ability? Were they afraid to rock the boat once Andie Fever set in? I guess we'll never know.

Just to back this up: Paris has long been drawn to anorexia-centric Instagram accounts like a very skinny moth to a calorie-free flame. She doesn't follow Inspiring Health Journey accounts or anything like that: she's only interested in skelly content. I love this BPD nutcase. She can never die. I'd miss her too much.
Do we know what flavor of learning disability Andie has? I assume it's something real and substantiated, given her non-traditional academic path. I love each and every one of her autistic friends and am not used to such wholesome supporting cast members in a munchie saga.

Yes, and the big reveal is one of my favorite parts of this so I shan't be spoiling it.
(Glad to see other people love Paris as much as me. Her barely mouthing eclairs and then dancing like a deranged automaton was such a magical time in my life.)

Having only seen Andie doing her weird stiff power chair dances on TikTok, bald, and wearing a neck brace, I honestly didn't recognize her in her earlier pictures.

Feeling a bit skeptical about the learning disorder, she’s both scheming and very verbal & I can’t reconcile that with being a sped. She does LOOK retarded, though.
The speed with which she learned helplessness was impressive, too.
