The actual movement basically "won", at least to a certain extent, and thus most of the narrative tries to avoid mentioning them because by mentioning them they have to admit that Gamergate did get a lot of the issues it claimed were there brought out into the light and addressed. It's not like they changed everything and made it wonderful, but ethics policies were introduced and some corrupt people lost their jobs. So the smarter of the SJW set just try to pretend they never existed and that it was not a thing.
The dumber ones are basically still using it as a codeword for "cishet shitlord white male internet bullies", not realizing that pretty much everyone else has moved on.

So I searched the for the image, and it is utterly bland and underwhelming:
The fact that something this banal is enough to rile up the SJW crowd to a frenzy is proof positive that there is no pleasing these censor happy assholes, plus Dobson of all people should just STFU regarding the depiction of teens considering that horrid pic he did of Dorothy where he purposefully emphasized Dorothy's breast. Granted, Judy Garland was 17 when she played that role but the filmmakers did their best to de-emphasize Garland's figure, her blue gingham dress was chosen for its blurring effect on her figure precisely because the character of Dorothy was supposed to be a pre-teen.
So again, this is a case of Dobson: "It is only OK if I do it!"

The pic isn't so bad except for her oddly long pelvis. I was expecting something like how SJWs were making fun of Frank Cho's tantrum over censoring Wonder Woman's panty-shot. Did Dobson had something to say about that?

As much as I really hate to admit it, I will have to do the unthinkable and give Dobson some credit, for this month at least.
For one, it is good that he has decided to draw again, and, in stark contrast to being a lazy fuckwad who just sits around playing Minecraft (until somebody told him that notch said something 'sexist', oh noes) he is actually churning out a lot of art. Granted, it's nothing of his original characters, mind you, but...it's still something.
Despite the errors we are finding in his art (and despite the fact that said errors border between the uncanny valley to just making the characters look old), believe it or not, the art is a step up from the usual stuff he would do in colour. Compare an Inktober drawing he did to the last SYAC strip and you'll see what I mean. Again, granted, there are many things that you can pick out, such as doing boring busts in contrast to said characters doing something exciting, and the same half-assed backdrop for each character.
It is my hopes that he at least try to apply himself in his actual comics, and perhaps improve himself in the process. Sadly, upon typing that, several pigs flew by my window and offered me high-fives, and who am I to refuse

That cover is bland and stupid. It's like Marvel tried their best to make it as non-offensive as possible, but still failed because WHOOPS. WE HAVE TO CATER TO STUPID FEMINAZIS WHO DON'T EVEN BUY OUR COMICS.
There is absolutely nothing going on in that picture. It's the pose you'd see in a generic convention picture of a chick holding an Iron Man helmet whilst the cosplayer awkwardly stands next to her and smiles. Marvel, try to understand that there must be more to your characters than simply being positive discrimination. Ironheart does not appeal to me because she looks like the type of character who nothing bad must EVER happen to, and also she's riding on an established superhero's dick.
I'm getting off track with powerlevelling dribble here. I have no idea where Dobson stands on this. Judging from his response, I can't decide if he's bitching about Marvel having to take it down and redraw it as a compromise, or he's being a dick and siding with the SJWs....because. My money's on the latter.
By the way, I'd honestly like to know what is 'sexual' about that picture? The bellybutton? Give me a fucking break.
To be honest, finding flaws in Dobson's old comics is old hat now. Way too many people have done that already, so the guy is not going to say anything new that we don't know by now.
What somebody should do is create a blog screencapping something he says on Twitter and putting it side-by-side against a screencap of a comic page he did or a previous tweet/Facebook post that directly contradicts it. Pointing out his hypocrisy showing the proof in the pudding (without any commentary, mind you) is something I don't think was done before, at least, not in that way.
