I think that for Chantal the risk is not about dyeing, it is about not dyeing. If she dies, that its it for her, but if she does not, she might have a stroke, heart attack, liver or kidney failure, or a host of other conditions that require her to be hospitalised or having home care.

I doubt an ER would actually try hard to save her. Doctors would likely take a few tests (to satisfy legal requirements) and determine that it would be more humane to just let her go…and it would be. If it happens in Kuwait, Salah wouldn’t care enough (or be able to afford) to spend tens of thousands on ongoing healthcare for her. I’m sure he’d tell doctors to not resuscitate her. In Canada, it wouldn’t surprise me if they just suggested she sign off for MAID. They won’t be keen to waste hard to access medical care on someone with her health history. They may have already done so on her two previous trips to the ER, and that’s why she returned to Kuwait rather than stick around for actual healthcare.

I think it's a natural assumption for anyone who shows up to the circus that is Chantal. One wonders about who in the world would sit and watch this fat idiot chew with her mouth open and the obvious answer is, "perverts". We all know feeders exist and we all know Chantal feeds often.
