INTRODUCTION
Ethan is first, and foremost, a fat white kid from the suburbs. He's primarily known for his leftist YouTube videos that consists of subpar and poorly researched video essays and reactions, often criticizing Conservatives and supposed right wing talking points. Within the past year, he's received more attention for his involvement in the attempted cancellation of SuperMega, specifically being the boyfriend of the alleged victim Lex Updog and (former) best friend + bandmate Nick is Not Green, who played a major role in promoting the initial allegations. He's also attempted to pick various fights online against other content creators, such as: Claiming that Alex Rosen, a professional predator hunter, is actually a pedophile himself (while defending the pedophiles that he catches); getting into pointless drama against other bland and boring YouTubers such as Cr1tikal for making fun of modern art; and sperging at some of his critics. Despite the numerous controversies he's been involved in, the constant misinformation he spews, and the shear smugness he exhumes, Ethan simply just never learns when to log off from the Internet and self-reflect. In a way, the channel name's rather fitting for a rather terminally online loser like him.
BACKGROUND
Just like with a majority of leftist YouTubers (BreadTubers included), Ethan wants to market himself under the same ilk of Harris / hbomberguy. But instead of actually having genuine research skills, let alone being an engaging creator, he opts into sounding overly confident, but without any of the basic researching skills or entertainment value required. The only thing you get from his content is a ton of projected smugness and none of the intelligence his peers have. Which means that a majority of the topics that he gets himself involved in usually contains a slue of misinformation, mischaracterization of the intended party, or a mixture of both.
A great example of him being a complete and utter retard would be the time where he attempted to own the Conservatives by trying to debunk the idea of gay people grooming children en mass. In which he pulled up a study from May 2022 called "LGBTQ People on Sex Offender Registries in the US", read the big numbers from the table, and proclaiming that it is, in fact, that the STRAIGHTS are actually the ones committing more sex crimes. Which, despite being statistically obvious because of self-identifying homosexuals only taking up ~7.2% of the American population in 2022, neglects the fact that in the paragraph above the results table, it clearly states that "The proportion of LGBTQ people in our sample is almost four times of a recent national estimate of LGBTQ identification among adults in the United States (5.6%)."
INTERNET DRAMA
SUPERMEGA
Before this drama ever began, Ethan was a HUGE fan of SuperMega. He was even a fan of Matt's music from back in the day. He wore a lot of SuperMega merch, attended events and social gatherings surrounding the duo, and even went as far as to advocate for his friend "NickIsNotGreen" to be in their Dungeons & Dragons segment. This lasted for a couple of years until in mid 2023.
In April of 2023, Ethan switched gears to being completely against SuperMega after Leighton accused them of alleged workplace misconduct, including jokes of homophobia and racism. This was followed up by talking about a joke the duo would make about the middle name of Chuck E Cheese somehow being a slur. At the time, it was unknown to many whether or not what Ethan said was true. But it was very obvious he had more insider information than he should've. Almost acting like he was personally in the office of SuperMega. Things died down after the drama was settled, but this would all come ahead following July:
In July of 2023, Twitter artist and OF model "Lex Updog" came out with allegations against the former SuperMega employee Don (@DONDRRR) regarding sexual misconduct, while also accusing the creators (Matt and Ryan) of not only covering up the sexual assault in order to preserve their reputation, but leaving her and a close friend completely homeless in LA. Other allegations included sex pest behavior made by one of their other employees (Jim) toward Lex, hateful jokes being made, along with Matt and Ryan not having empathy for others after supposedly making fun of their best friend committing suicide many years ago. The two hour long video managed to almost completely ruin the SuperMega channel, with many fans unsubscribing and writing up angry posts on their social media pages.
However, it was proven shortly after the release of Matt and Ryan's apology videos that the situation was completely embellished. While some folks have agreed upon how Don had (very likely) sexually assaulted Lex, it was made clear that Lex had told them herself NOT TO release information regarding the series of events. There's a lot more details that I'm leaving out here, but I recommend either reading through the KiwiFarms thread about all the drama that unfolded, or watching Turkey Tom's two hour long breakdown of the situation:
What's important to note about the SuperMega situation here is the involvement that Ethan and his clique had in pushing Lex's narrative. While Ethan's involvement was, on the surface, minimal, it was very obvious from the start that he was helping his girlfriend and close friend NickIsNotGreen in ensuring the total destruction of SuperMega's reputation. From talking about the joke about the "middle name" of Chuck E. Cheese months prior, to making a retarded insinuation about Matt's intent of silencing people because he liked a tweet from the Sopranos. During the time when the initial allegations dropped, Ethan even went on stream with Lex to smoke weed and happily celebrate SuperMega's channel losing subscribers in real-time.
It wasn't until Matt came out with his aforementioned extensive response video debunking a lot of the claims made by the clique. In specific, Matt mentioned that Ethan was NEVER in the offices of SuperMega. He was instead someone that he met at social gatherings while being accompanied by Lex at all times. This means that Ethan was just repeating what Leighton told him, like a retard.
Commentary channels like Turkey Tom, Gokanaru, and Lerix had released critical videos covering the drama, while also thoroughly debunking + calling into question many of the dubious accusations made against Matt and Ryan, such as the claim of making Lex and her friend Rav go homeless, despite Ryan offering Lex $10k to find a temporary apartment instead of choosing to live rent-free out of SuperMega's office. While Ethan and Lex remained pretty silent, Nick chose to actively double-down by releasing response videos that "addressed" Matt and Ryan failing to take accountability for their terrible behavior. Nick's audience was not impressed by the clear hypocrisy on display, as they continued to hound him in comments and on his social media accounts. Thankfully, Nick would eventually issue a seemingly genuine apology toward Matt and Ryan for his reckless coverage, while also promising to do better for his audience. He was ultimately the one who received the most amount of criticism in this situation, which, good on Nick for at least admitting to his mistakes and wanting to improve himself.
However, Ethan and Lex did not take this moment of self-reflection kindly. In fact, Ethan had a pretty horrible mental breakdown on Twitter about it. Specifically calling out one of his biggest critics, YouTuber "Sensitive Society", where Ethan admitted to having a falling out with Nick:
ALEX ROSEN / PP SOUTHEAST TEXAS
Alex Rosen, known for his YouTube channel "Predator Poachers Southeast Texas", was interviewed by Michael Knowles back in March of 2024. For those who don't know who this person is, Alex was the man behind the sting operation against EatDatPussy445 from a few years ago. Although he did fumble with the arrest of EDP and later had some of his terrible antics uncovered, he has since changed the way he conducts himself. No longer does Alex pull gross stunts for online attention, as he now aids law enforcement with the arrest of numerous pedophiles thanks to his many sting operations. Pretty much everyone knows what a sting operation is, and the deception requires for such operations in order to obtain a confession from the alleged perpetrator. Everyone except for Ethan.
Ethan does not take too kindly to a lot of right wingers. However, his hatred against them is so blinding that he's willing to defend literal child predators in order to make people think that it is, in fact, the right wingers who are the actual pedophiles. Now this isn't to say Alex is exempt from criticism. There are some legitimately good points to be made against him, especially for some of his past conduct. However, it is VERY clear that there is a heavy bias against Alex for him being a right winger, as Ethan desperately tries to insist that Alex is a pedophile for the way he looks and acts. He has even gone as far as to feel SYMPATHY for the pedophiles featured in the sting operations.
Of course, Alex didn't take too kindly to his screed against him, and the both of them had a pretty hilarious Twitter spat, with Ethan refusing to debate Alex:

Despite Ethan's smugness throughout this situation, he ended up cracking heavily under the amount of shit he was receiving for his retarded video. Who knew it would feel bad to be falsely accused of pedophilia! Can't imagine what you're going through.
OTHER CONTROVERSIES & INTERNET SPATS
There's a lot more drama that he's gotten himself involved with. Most of it consists of the same pattern of behavior, where he makes an incredibly retarded statement or accusation against a creator, the creator telling him that he's a fat moron, and him spending half of his free time raging about them either on his Twitter or in their DMs. But for the sake of brevity, this part will just briefly cover some of the more "noteworthy" controversies.
- Ethan made a video criticizing PragerU's view on modern art, and included a part criticizing Charlie / penguinz0 for also not liking modern art. And then insinuating he also has the same opinions as right wingers.
- Ethan has a long standing beef with Sensitive Soci3ty. It's nothing noteworthy beyond being another instance of him getting mad at his critics. However, he did conduct a "two hour long interview" with the guy, where he comes off as utterly insufferable.
- As mentioned earlier in the post, Ethan made a video where he attempts to defend the gay community from grooming allegations by showing a statistic that ultimately proved the opposite. Think Before You Sleep made a comprehensive video on the situation.
- He's also had a lot of drama against many commentary channels. Including Acheeto, who made a two hour long compilation of his videos covering Ethan, and diesel patches during the time when idubbbz dropped his apology video.
- During the time when Kris Tyson was getting exposed for heinous shit, Ethan decided that he wanted to defend Tyson's actions by claiming it was just "edgy humor". Little did he know, that would really backfire on him. He couldn't even sit down to watch a 7 minute video showing the evidence!

EDEN IS ONLINE: THE TROON ARC
Between August & September of 2024, there were early signs of Ethan potentially trooning out. As they started presenting themselves in a more androgynous light. Well... as androgynous as someone of his stature can get. Though signs can be seen before that, it really started to come into the forefront in September.
