Like, what would Pat even sue Leslie for anyways? Having an opinion on the internet about him? Unlike some of the Pests that have gone out of their way to take things IRL (even then, they did pretty benign stuff like going to Hoolies and little else besides), she hasn't done anything that would be considered libel and/or harassment. The problem is that these lawsuits are usually launched by those who actually have the capital to mount a drawn-out legal process. I seriously doubt piggy can do that and if he actually tries to take her to court over this shit he'll run out of money and lose.

More importantly, those types of lawsuits work against "relatively unsuspecting" people who panic and do whatever they can to "make it go away".
