Just some minor league news. Shiratama Utano from JP Poverty Row studio Univirtual passed 100k subs the other day. She has a celebration stream/new outfit reveal tomorrow at 10:00AM UTC / 6:00AM EDT:

Recently came across a new vtuber called Nenkan Alice. She debuted on March 30th with the announcement that she'll graduate in exactly one year. When that happens, she'll supposedly delete all her videos and stream VODs. Her lore is that she's a magical girl who traveled through time to save the world over and over again, which came at the cost of her lifespan. In lore, she has one year left to live, and she wants to spend it making memories while streaming. I'm sure her gimmick has been done before, but it's my first time seeing it. Debut video here:

She's done a couple streams about learning Toki Pona, the Canadian version of Esperanto that only has 140 words:

VSPO is really thriving, they outnumber Nijisanji more and more these days. Tsumugi Kokage, the latest solo member before Yuuhi, debuted on March 19 and already reached 200k subs a few days ago. All of them are solid 4views
Speaking of vtuber mamas: Pochi's updated expressions are really nice. It was really a good decision for her to make a mature model and drop the voice changer. Really love this model

Skimming the comments of the livestream, she may or may not be permitted to keep the Love-chan brand identity but it seems to be an amicable split (rrat onwards from here) in the face of the reality that both the vtuber market is oversaturated and that the economics were never in the company's favour after the original was soft-graduated and audience retention started dropping.

She's rebranded as 'love=charmulet' aka Love Charmulet.
