Tangentially, I noticed the other day that Ro/WarCampaign did a soft DFE in deleting all the Canadian political content from his YT channel that he had been doing over 2023 with Pan and Gat, rebranded his channel and wiped the last few years of his Twitter.

Ro covered the Canadian Trucker protest live in 2022 on the street in his hometown of Ottawa. He got fired from his programming job for attending the protest but eventually got hired on by a smaller sympathetic outlet AFAIK.

He subsequently got really involved for the next two years in the Canadian anti-Trudeau scene, initially covering protests live. Then he livestreamed the entire inquiry into the legality of Trudeau enacting martial law in October 2022. After that wrapped, he morphed into a twice weekly lunchhour Canadian politics show on YT with Pan & Gat with generally about 1000 views.

By 2023, Ro's shit disturbing nature had reemerged. He picked fights online with essentially all the key figures in the anti-Trudeau movement that he was loosely allied with the year before, accusing many of the lawyers and protest leaders who had been arrested of being feds or embezzlers.

Ro somewhat abruptly announced around Christmas 2023 that the latest edition of his political YT show would be his last. That he, Pan and Gat were taking an Internet sabbatical and that they would re-emerge at some point with entirely new content.

The three stayed true to their word, as they for the most part remained off Twitter for the next 3 months and the WarCampaign YT channel inactive.

I noticed just last week that Ro had dropped the WarCampaign branding on his YT, changed the channel name to his name, deleted all his Canadian political livestream content dating back to Oct 2022 and deleted his own personal Twitter account of @rohankumarpall rkpall (while the WarCampaignYT Twitter remains dormant).

The dormant WarCampaignYT Twitter, with all posts after May 2023 deleted. His alternate personal Twitter @rkpall has been completely wiped. Pan and Gat's Twitters are still intact, but barely have any activity since Dec 2023 with WarCampaign officially going on hiatus.

I was never a war campaigner never used discord in my life, but I would occasionally listen to Warcampaign back in the day cause truth of the matter there show was entertaining Ro is a funny sperg and making people laugh on the internet is what it should be about. they actually sold creators books with there spergery ...... yeah they pulled some gay ops, but pale in comparison to recent CG shinanigans that war campaign has not been apart of.

Short answer: I like hanging with retards who love comics.

Long answer: I went to school for Comic Book Illustration. I went to SVA. Had teachers like Joe Orlando, Gene Colon, and Klaus Janson.
But the industry is hard to get into. There’s more NBA players than full time comic artists. So I went in other directions with my art.
I’m sitting in my office as an art director at a screen printing company, and I’m listening to Zack talk about wanting a new artist to work with. So I emailed him and we hit it off. A week later I checked my freelance work load, saw that I didn’t really need the 9-5, and quit. Between the big freelance jobs and the book, I was covered.
As for moving into CG, i started doing searches and watching videos, learned about EVS and everybody else and saw Vinnie T! I knew Vinnie Tartarmello from hanging out at cons and partying. A little uptight but a decent artist. First stream I was on was Vinnie’s. But this was right after his and Liam’s meltdown regarding Evs. Vinnie introduced me to Lola and her after midnight show, where I met a bunch of CG people, like Dark Gift, and just starting hanging out. Liam was never there or streamed with me like he says. ( Liam lie #47) But then Vinnie melted down over Lola and CG and fucked off.
I don’t need to be in Comicsgate, but I choose to. I believed in CG’s original mission statement: make books as good as the mainstreams without the faggot shit and respect the customers /fans that supported the comic industry for the last 80plus years.
Now CG is Eric July hate streams, promoting an autistic girl sticking cyberfrog toys up her ass and secret phone calls about assfingering. CG needs a course correction badly.

Vinnie T did nothing wrong. I feel bad for that guy. He got wrangled by a tard/ friend Liam gray. Would not denounce him, and let EVS run ruff shot over him saying Vinnie is not comics gate. And the army of the pie man canceled him by edict. Some how some way justice for Vinnie is needed guy is a good artist his Pirate book looked good from the IGG campaign. feel like he was one of the first people fucked in CG who did nothing wrong.

i gotcha, respect for finding a way to do what you love, man.

though i fear the version of CG you believe in never truly existed. maybe it did super early on, but by early 2018 it clearly just morphed into the EVS show and i don't think there's any fixing it at this point. when you get right down to it CG is just synonymous with EVS's cult and it would do people well to know that before getting involved with them..

Vinnie is a hothead. And what he did wrong was start telling people who they can and can’t stream with. He had a falling out with Lola/Tug over a logo and was telling me not to hang out on her show. That was a no-no. Then when he said if i let Vikki interview me, I’d be banned from his channel. I heard that shit and instantly DM’d her and said I’d do the interview. People got poopy pants I was on her show, but it was a big fuck you to Vinnie for trying to dictate where I go.

Fascinating how so much of his criticism of July is projection. But it is ramping up. I'm not, unlike some, in the habit of carrying spergy black men's bags. But holy shit is EVS showing how he views criticism as basically a tool to use against people he dislikes. It puts his support of Richard C Meyers and CG in perspective.

I am not trying to critisize just want to understand ......
