I heard the CP charge was dropped because Telegram auto-downloads all images unless you change the setting for it not to…and it doesn’t say anything about CP here so I assume they were, in fact, dropped.
It sounds like he’s sentenced to 5 years for the threats. And it does sound like he probably harassed this girl.

Why did they drop the CP charges, then? You’d think that would be the #1 thing they’d want to prosecute. If it said he plead guilty to CP, I’d say it, but it doesn’t say that and I read the charges were dropped. Sorry that‘s not a DusterKing-approved version of reality 🤷‍♀️

Then I checked my Telegram settings and saw that I need to change the settings or all images will auto-download to the phone cache. Couple that with the DA dropping the charges, to me, his explanation seems possible. 🤷‍♀️
