I don't think he will ever admit it. He will just say something like "If I was doing crack, I would just tell you." or "I wish I was doing meth." Then again, if he streams with someone else in his house, they might accidentally spill the beans about the drugs.

I'm optimistic and enjoy a good series finale, so my guess is a drunk driving accident that kickstarts his pills/alcohol addiction taking a serious nosedive, which will eventually result in Lowtax/Ralph levels of fucked up streams. Overdose will be the final episode, although it won't be streamed live, of course, since his streams will at that point happen once every 3 months. Also the divorce happens; when I can't say, but there will be a divorce in there somewhere.

I think his health will continue to decay until he eventually ends up involuntarily hospitalized for a variety of serious conditions. He already looks really bad and IMO he is barely even functional as a human being anymore. He has already lost a dangerous amount of weight and it would not surprise me if he loses even more.
