I’m so hyped about the stupid bell dude. It’s such a uniquely Josh thing to spend money on. A fucking custom engraved railroad bell. I cannot fucking wait until he gets it and shows it off you don’t even know. God can you imagine if whatever he told them to engrave had a typo or misspelled word? Even if it was all spelled correctly what type of shit did he ask them to engrave? Imagine being the bell company engraving whatever incomprehensible nonsense cobra requested.

We’ve joked about it for ages but the madman finally bought a goddamn bell.

It may not be a $3000 paypig funded church bell delivered directly to and installed in his old apartment, but it's the next best thing.

Imagine if he isnt with clint and he's truly somewhere all on his own without any neighbors right on the other side of the wall, where he can be loud and smoke and all that shit. It could be a Cobra Renaissance. Imagine a chillin stream where he's just ringing bells

Tanis must have put her foot down and is not allowing him to stream from their home, which is the smart thing to do. It's surprising he's drinking so much, but they can't really stop him and I imagine it's just not worth the frustration of fighting with him. I wonder if Clint really is going to install him into a small shed into the back ala AirSoftFatty or if it's just temporary until they can secure a new place. I'm leaning towards shed because I'm not sure why they wouldn't have been able to secure him an apartment, as we know there is plenty of places available for rent within his tugboat budget nearby, and they had plenty of time to work it out. There's no chance in hell they're going to let him stay in the house permanently, and even a shed will be problematic because of alogs and faggots. However it's probably the best thing for Cobra (worst thing for us), and who knows, being forced to be around the family and Clint might (:optimistic::optimistic::optimistic::optimistic::optimistic::optimistic::optimistic::optimistic:) help him get his shit together. There's no way he'll hold down a job, but they might be able to get him to walk the dog, mow the grass, or take out the garbage twice a year. Being around people who aren't trying to fuck him over will might go a long way in his depression as well, or it could be the opposite and he goes full blown toddler mode from having people "count his drinks" and deny his youtube fame.

I would say a Shon and Saunders cuck shed is extremely unlikely for two main reasons:

1. Zoning laws usually prevent you from adding additional housing to a single-family property and I guarantee you the neighbors would sue over it (I know I would). So if he put a shed out there, it would be a literal shed and can't be hooked up to any utilities or plumbing. That itself is another problem from a building code perspective if he lives in there.

2. All of Cobra's problems now become Clint's problems 24/7.

1 can be worked around if Clint has a big enough backyard; just get an OK sized shed with a loft, finish the interior, hook up basic solar, and Josh would be set. His exercise would be walking to and from the house for his occasional piss. He'd probably burn the damn shed down, though.

2 is the main reason why it'll never happen. Clint will ensure Josh's problems are Josh's problems and doesn't affect Family 2.

He actually might be doing better than before since he's not paying rent, his last payment was probably 4/1 so this month's SSI is free and clear. I doubt Clint would charge him rent for a short-term stay in the formerly green basement.

Remember, the SSI is Josh's money so Clint can't legally withhold it from him.

Absolutely, if he was out in a more rural area and had a bit of land it'd be no problem.

I didn't mention it but Clint lives on a small lot (looks like a quarter acre) in a pretty dense part of town.

Clint said he was looking into it, and all he would need is a permit for an accessory dwelling unit and make sure it's compliant to the setback and size for his class property. I built an entire detached structure with plumbing and electricity for my aquariums that is the size of small single family homes on my property and had very little issues getting it done.

eta; Decided to lookup zoning for Natrona county; he should have no problems getting it done if he wanted.

I think you cracked it. He is building something but isn't on this property, it's somewhere else nearby that has enough land to meet the requirements. 2 acres is a big lot but it's not gigantic especially in Wyoming. He might even move him to somewhere near but not in Casper to throw off the troles.

Could also explain why he's in the basement until it's ready for move-in.

He can't build that unit at 1361 Trojan because it doesn't have a lot size anywhere near big enough for this zoning class. It's only 0.25 acres or so, it's in a dense part of Casper.
