Well, past a certain point, fat gets stored in the tongue, which is fairly long. There's also the fat compressing around their windpipe, lungs, and lung muscle, leading to an almost higher pitch in most cases. They also tend to start getting fluid retention in their lungs if they were fat for a while, which can effect a little bit how you sound.
There's also excess buccal fat stored in the cheeks, which not only intrudes into the oral cavity, making the inside of the mouth smaller even as the tongue gets larger, but also alters the shape of the lips. A lot of deathfats develop that "pout" due to this; Jordan Underwood's a prime example. And all of this affects speech. I've always thought that the deathfats with the fattest faces all sound like they're talking through a mouthful of mayo, and in a sense they are.

I've always assumed it was an affectation, like how a drama fag lisps all the time. By speaking in a higher pitched voice they try to make themselves seem smaller and more vulnerable.
She’s going to land in the brother’s house with his ‘little family’ and never leave. Their future is her squatting there like a malevolent toad, with the ‘little family’ running after her, and the brother’s marriage slowly disintegrating (why did you say she could stay…?) u til Evie dies and they need to pull a wall down to winch her out.

Where I am it’s seen as tempting fate. You go round after the baby is born, and give gifts but you don’t do it before they are safely out in the world and mum and baby are ok. I wouldn’t even buy the gift before I knew the baby was ok, it seems wrong somehow
Thankfully gender reveal parties aren't nearly as common in the states as some might think, the very small minority that do them are just so insufferably loud it seems like it's just something that any pregnant woman does by default.
I'm not shocked; she really is that stupid, and desperate for the attention (and sweet sponsorship deals) she'll get for being pregnant. Gotta start the cash grab and making nursery/baby haul videos as soon as possible. Honestly, I'm just amazed she didn't post a still-damp positive pregnancy test on the day she found out.
