I don't think it's known but if I recall there were some pictures of him at college and other info from a few years later indicating he was mid 20s as a man, we know he was already trooned out when GamerGate happened (which he milked endlessly). One of the pics of him was at I believe 24 years old after losing a bunch of weight, no sign of trooning out at the time (just a very awkward pasty looking nerd).

At the start of GG he was 35 or so and obviously had some "career years as a woman" behind him, so he probably trooned out somewhere between 25-32. It was also discovered that despite trying to act self-made and like a Strong Independent Wammin he got significant financial support from his parents.

It's really funny how he's so cagey about being a troon. I also remember when he was trying appear Asian through the usage of a filter on his old Twitter profile photo & of course that works with the last name Wu.
