From the 2021 document, it's clear that the agency had no idea who's behind this. Most of the other listed entities in the archived post have an official company name and national registration number (CNPJ), so the feds at least have something to grab onto, even if might be false, misleading, or out of date. But Otokonoko draws a blank on both, having only a "fantasy name"*, which means it doesn't exist from a legal standpoint; it's a phantom. There are no addresses, names, bank accounts or anything the government can use to track these people or base their case on. That corroborates the notion that it's an illegal backyard operation, selling troonshine to whoever can pay for it. So, the resolution that shuts it down is essentially addressed "To Whom It May Concern" instead of having a specific target, which means it's effectively ineffective when it comes to stop the production and distribution of girldick fuel.

On top of that, if they restarted the "company" and got caught, it would be easy to say that they're first offenders, who are just coasting on the success of a previously existing brand, instead of the original offenders; the burden of proof then falls on the state, and good luck proving that when you have no idea who the original culprits were. Besides, our judicial system is pozzed as hell and getting worse by the day; between the showers of pity for a bunch of good boys who only wanted to help poor troons become their true selves, excessive leniency, and marxist/social justice infiltration, their sentences would probably fall somewhere between community service and a medal and blowjob.

In all seriousness, part of this might be looking at the potential for some sort of class action lawsuit and trying to mitigate the damage. I think the huge uptick in FTM in particular, and the number of regret horror stories, is part of the behind the scenes conversations. TIMs seem less likely than TIFs to have regrets, so the fact that quite a large majority of the upticks in the UK was TIFs is probably causing some alarm bells. There must have been some individual negligence lawsuits by now.

The UK is not as class action friendly as the US, and finding a common element to create a class with something as individual as medical advice would be tricky. A plaintiff law firm, Pogust Goodhead, is putting one together, but it announced it in late 2022 and is still book building, so any filing is a long way off. That’s not to say that the UK Government shouldn’t be concerned, just that it might not be the major factor.

This time it seems he has registered his shitty lab, so they might have a name behind it, but I can't understand most of whats written. It might be why he hasn't updated the site since november 2023.

I love how trannies are constantly scrambling to obscure the fact that most TERFs are not white and every powerful tranny is a white man.
