They are also trialling alternative therapies and shit using apps. They claim it worked for nurses & doctors so think it will work for serious mental health problems.
They’re using “ShinyMind” which is pretty much a lol breathe you cunt and here’s a positive quote and log your mood type bullshit thing. There’s nothing helpful on that app and I’m too skeptical/unimpressed to use it ‘properly’. I need my brain removed and scrubbed at this point (GAD, bipolar).
The other unhelpful tool is some hour long seminars with other patients on the ‘course’. I missed the first as child was ill, but that was “Coping with Anxiety”, today there’s “Getting to Know Me”, and next week there’s “My Relationships”.
Maybe this crap would work for mild cases. I’m just so pleased I can cause their success rates to drop. I just see this as a money saving approach and a way to look like they’re doing something.

The first time a retard misused the term genocide to me, it was some idiot claiming that trench warfare was a genocide on the part of the generals.
It was retarded enough trying to explain that a mismanaged tactic on a grand scale, as horrible as it was, wasn’t a deliberate and specific targeting of an ethnic group or similar grouping for destruction.
And that at least had far more reasoning as to why it was a genocide.
