So, I've already posted this in the moistcr1tikal thread, but here I can ask you about it. The summary is that he's going to sue the US immigration because they irrationally obstructed the visit of some Australian players to the US, when the proper paperwork and actions required were done correctly, that's the gist, if you want to know the full lore, here's Asmongold reaction to it because I find this video funnier.

But anyways, the point is that the bureaucracy and processes handled by the US immigration department seem to be abysmal, and intentionally negligent and/or obtrusive, to the point where it could come down to a coin-flip, on whether you'll be accepted or not.

In the below comments (of the original video), there are a lot of examples of life-ruining experiences, like for example, denying/banning someone's girlfriend/boyfriend to even apply for certain VISAs, etc, don't want to get too technical, leaving the couple from being unable to see/live with each other in the US, or having to wait enormous amounts of time (and incurred expenses) in order to be accepted there.
I know YouTube comments are always not genuine, but a lot of them seem to be, and it's preoccupying.

Now, I am someone who wanted to visit and potentially live in the US, however this whole thing painted a new perspective before my eyes, and I don't think I want to be screwed over by some retard during this process, so now I'm reconsidering if it's even worth the trouble to have and pursue this potential desire of living in the US.

This is obviously subjective, and it just depends on your/my point of view, or how much you want this, but: do you think it would be worth the trouble? Is it something you'd pursue if you were an immigrant trying to live there (legitimately)?

Ideally I'd say hope that the US manages to get its shit in order before committing to coming here. We are an empire on the decline. But if you are dead set on visiting/living here treat the U.S. as a group of small countries, the Midwest is different from the Southwest which is different from the west coast etc...etc... I live on a quiet residential street in a small midwestern city and the only times the cops have ever been called out was when a family of nogs moved in down the street. A late night altercation of some kind became nearly a monthly thing until they left.

Sorry, but they really are like that and it's not just on TV or in "the projects".

I'm going to tell you what I desperately wish someone had told me a decade ago:

The reality is that if you want to immigrate to the US legally, unless you're already extremely wealthy and/or exceptionally talented and credentialed, you're pretty much shit out of luck. The US immigration system is a kafkaesque labyrinth where there are no guarantees for anything. I'm not exaggerating when I say attempting to deal with the US immigration system will be the single most challenging experience of your life.

The H1B visa system is a total fucking scam. Employers will hire you, keep you on board for a few years, exploit and extract as much labour out of you as they can, and then simply not renew your visa and send you packing back home just before you become eligible for permanent residence. If that's the method you're planning to go with to get your foot in the door, trust me: You're probably going to get rinsed.

The easiest way to get a green card is to find an American who's into you and marry them. If you're an average person then that's basically your only real option, but if you're enough of an autist to be posting on the Farms then good luck with that kind of social engineering feat.

There's only one other option I can recommend, and that's to set your sights on Canada instead. As long as you're under the age of about 35 and don't have a criminal record then you have a pretty decent chance of being accepted. The process is also far more straightforward too. From a non-North American perspective Canada is similar enough to the US that even if it isn't quite what you wanted, it's simply the more sensible option to deal with their immigration system. If you're at a bar and want a coke but the bartender tells you they only serve Pepsi, would you take the Pepsi instead?

It really depends on your situation, where you are coming from, what you plan to do here, and what part you plan to live in. Getting citizenship the honest way is an extremely long, convoluted process and I don't blame people who sneak in (I do blame our government and want them to do something about it though). The past couple years, they've been really screwing around with how they count unemployment and inflation, so either getting a job or starting a business here may be hard. I'd wait a while until we're sure what path this country is going down. And when choosing where specifically to live, remember this country is huge and states or even different parts of the same state can be almost like different countries. Your choices are generally going to be a place where jobs are plentiful but everything is expensive, so you have to stay employed, or few jobs, but things are cheap. Atlanta, Chicago, and a few cities in Florida and Texas have (or used to have) decent job markets with low costs, but those first two I haven't lived in for a while, and the rest I've only heard of from friends, also a while ago, and of course they have other issues like extreme weather and urban youths.

A little bit about who you are, like your background and goals, nothing to dox yourself, would go a long way in helping to answer this question.

Depends. American cities are hands down the worst in the developed world, since even the shittiest parts of Europe like Malmo still are very safe compared to American cities. And some entire states like California, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York are absolute utter shitholes which are unlivable. American schools are also the worst since there's far more grooming and indoctrination going on there and are infested with blacks and hispanics and the teachers are usually impotent and faggot activists.

On the other hand, the US is also the only developed nation (besides Japan for now) where you won't go to prison for calling a dude in a dress a man or pointing out that immigrants commit a lot of crime. And you still have a mostly safe countryside with cheaper housing than Europe and where you can own lots of guns and go hunting without gun grabbers and envirofags whining (outside of aforementioned far-left shithole states).
