Pretty much. And I am 100% in concurrence with @John.Doe on her laying out an indisputable paper trail as to her dismissing the case, almost certainly with prejudice considering the evidence that makes up the whole of the FBI's case against Trump, the Presidential documents, is tainted by mishandling. Were it not for everything else they've done with the case that could, with a friendly judge, be glossed over with a few mea culpas, but in their fuckery and desire to take down the Orange Man they've committed the worst sin a lawyer can ever do: pissing off the judge. Unless your case is 100% ironclad an angry judge will gladly fuck you over, and Smith's case is anything but. As a lawyer you can lie to witnesses, you can lie to opposing counsel, and you can lie to the jury, but that doesn't mean you can lie to the judge.
I've mentioned the Bundy rancher case a few times where the Feds just up and pretended potentially exculpatory evidence simply didn't exist leading to a complete shitcanning of the entire criminal case on appeal, and trust me, after that, no fuck up is too massive for the Feds.

If Trump wins 2025, they'll definitely blame the current economy on HIM as soon as he forcefully sits down in that chair. The twist would be that Biden was making deals on the backend and Trump immediately ended those out of spite. I fully expect the economy during the next term to get worse before it gets better since it now needs to be dismantled and rebuilt from scratch. With Biden, it'll just progressively get worse over time on account of reckless spending, increased crime and unchecked immigration. I imagine this NYC case is costing some taxpayer money as well.

I've had the same hunch for a while now. But I also think they've overplayed their hand on this one as well.
Things are going to come crashing—It's just a matter of whether or not the dems can resist rigging the election again. Because even if Biden wins, there's no feasible way to continue this giant charade for four more years.

Ideally, the FDR thing Moldbug goes on about all the time: He creates an entirely new alternative executive branch from scratch just like FDR did, then completely replaces the old New-Deal era regulatory bodies with his own. P2025 is an attempt at this, I think. No idea if Trump actually has the balls to pull a stunt like this off, or if it would work out even if he did. FDR had total control over Congress and even the Judicial branch; the GOP is deeply unpopular with it's own base and filled with snakes, and the Judicial has at least 3 judges that are very happy to undermine Trump any chance they get.

Reddit made a petition with over 300k signatures to investigate and disbarred judge Cannon for either treason or crimes against humanity.
What for? Well she didn't immediately sentence Trump to death by hanging for the crime of being Orange without a permit.
To who? well the Redditards have quite figured that bit out just yet. I guess they going to hand it to the DNC as that seems to be their go to authority figure.

I find that the purpose of the Mar-a-Lago classified documents raid was not to nail Trump with it. They knew they ultimately could not. Too big a can of worms to open and even retard political strategists in DC recognized this.
However, it did succeed in providing sufficient cover for Biden's own classified documents case where his were in the garage of the house where his drug addict son lived. That story and case withered on the vine now didn't it? That and he actually had no authority to have them at all. Rather than Trump's grey area of having ultimate classification authority when he took possession of them.
My own family moved out West explicitly because of this. My great-grandaddy worked at the Post Office in North Dakota in the 1930s. When FDR came into office all of the Republican party members were fired and replaced with Democrat ones. As was standard practice for the time.
Without this ability to switch out massive swathes of the federal bureaucracy, creating a parallel executive branch is a lot more difficult.

This was possible because prior to the Hatch Act and other laws when the President took office he removed thousands of Federal employees across the board. To be replaced with card holding members of his party. This was common for the entire 19th century and up into the FDR era. It wasn't until after this that Federal employees were completely safe in their jobs when different parties took executive power. Creating the fertile soil for the Deep State to grow.
