He's survived shockingly long already. The prognosis for end stage dementia is around six months to two years.

It seems the prosecution, after seeing how badly they've done, will have Michael Cohen on the stand Monday, and then will wrap up their case by the end of the week, 2-3 weeks earlier than planned. In an impartial world that would mean they ain't got shit but they will still be bailed out by the jury here.

He said he saw his grandfather over the weekend and told him that he wasn't sure what to say when others asked how he was doing.

"I don't know myself," the elder Carter reportedly said.

"But I think he's OK. You know, he's hanging in there, and he knows he's not in charge, so he's just waiting for what's next," Jason Carter added.

Jimmy Carter has already voted in Georgia's May primary by absentee ballot, and Jason Carter also talked about how hard his grandfather took Rosalynn Carter's death in November.

"When she passed, it was really hard for him, but he had this sort of remarkable moment where he went and spent about two-and-a-half hours just saying goodbye," he said. "And after he had that time... he was totally at peace."
