Sounds like the non-practicing lawyer is still really pissy about Eric July making that one dig at him that caused him to have a 5-6 hour drunken meltdown.
And then he bitches about July being thin-skinned.

BTW, July was proven right again just recently when, after two years of inactivity in the practice of law, Rekieta took April Imholte's traffic ticket case and then no-showed... for a Zoom hearing... at 2pm... because he's a drunk idiot.

That's non-practicing to the point of being an ethical violation.

July keeps racking up Ws against all these chucklefucks without even acknowledging them.

As I recall, Eric made a passing reference to him in a video regarding the now settled ISOM lawsuit in which Eric insinuated Nick’s opinion on law over his own laywers meant Jack shit because Eric’s lawyers were actively practicing law. Nick watched the video in a stream, saw that bit, and preceded to go on an angry drunken screaming fit all night over it, making a massive fool of himself for everyone to see.
It was funny to me when the case was settled without fanfare. So many people (including even some people here who dislike July) were thinking and hoping that would have been some long drawn out legal battle that July was gonna lose.

Somehow though, despite archiving the best possible outcome for both parties, "July's lawyers are lazy." Lazier than the lawyer who can't make it to online traffic court? Lazier than the guy that takes three years to put out a comic book?

A hood classic.
Remember that time Nick helped that voice actor guy with his legal super powers?
Such a trustworthy and well proven ""lawyer"". He's got more in common with Justin Trudeau than Judge Judy these days...
Technically, that L was mainly Ty Beard's doing. He was Vic's lawyer.

However, the consensus now is that Nick did a fucky wucky in recommending Ty.

That dude needs to die in a fire. I caught the part where he was combing those pubic hair trailer-park sideburns and noped out. I'd clip it but ain't no way I'm going through 7 hours of whiny bullshit to find it.

Yeah. He's married. Has a good relationship with his kids. The people in the comic are written like actual people not just walking stereotypes. And they're actually taking the time to properly build the world, characters, and relationships at a slow pace. This comic feels like it's from an alternate timeline.
Ultimate Spider-Man is set in an alternate universe, which is an off-shoot/re-working of the original Ultimate universe.

The Spider-Man title is good so far, with issue 4 being a slight misstep that may have been necessary in order to set up a good payoff. Ultimate X-Men is nothing like what you would expect from an X-Men title. I'd compare it to the TV show "Last Man On Earth" from a few years back. The first issue introduced one character, then a second character is introduced in issue 2. I am willing to give this a couple more issues to see if there is a good payoff, but I'm 51% sure there won't be a payoff that is close to good. I haven't read Ultimate Black Panther because I've given up on trying to care for a BP solo title after many attempts at caring about the character.

In short, the Ultimate Universe reboot is an improvement over the the main 616 continuity but isn't "hitting it out of the park".

My POS computer and lack of ability of using the internet puts me in the same boat.
If I could clip I would working on upgrading a new system that makes being an autist archiver easy, doing it on a cell phone, and a 5 year old laptop isn't working.

I have allot of head cannon on this cg slum shit I listen to it working day after day, because yeah my life is a bit shitty it aint as fucked up as these retards. The site tried a CG hanger ons thread it died before it existed. I know it's set in the new ultimate universe. I meant the comic itself feels like it's from an alternate timeline where Marvel still gave a shit.

I read that tweet to mean "You'll be nothing without me and my audience." Passive-aggressive twat. It is pretty funny that he see's his channel as "enormous". Earlier today in another thread I recommended the channel of a guy who lives in a van and it just occurred to me he has almost double EVS' subs. A homeless guy.

I think Irene is doing pretty good for an indie artist and she has fun with it. She seems way happier outside the cult than having to be around pervs like Shane and Ethan. You could tell she hated when Shane would start harassing her and encouraging the chat to do the same.
Agree with everything you say. But on a separate note, Irene is fucking teeth-grindingly infuriating.

I get the impression she’s a lot more calculating than she lets on; cosplaying as a Jap-happy, J-Pop peace signs simpleton with exaggerated grins for attention - when she is anything but simple.

You could argue in fact that she managed to be one of the very few CG inductees who actually manipulated Ethan to get disproportionately more out of CG than she gave - as in, utilising Ethan’s last vestiges of audience clout for a bumper campaign - then ejector-seating out of shitville once the writing was on the wall that CG had become more bowel movement than artistic movement.

Sure, she had to endure the terminal yellow fever suffering redneck and the definitive passive-aggressive stance from The Malincel; as well as a few leering star-jump highlights from EVS, but she got six-figures out of it and seems relatively unscathed.

But that shrill fucking voice and delivery… fills me with the urge to tear off my eyelids, scrunch them up and use them as earplugs. Credit Malcom Tucker for that one.

Well remember: he's holding everybody in CG over a pit of lava. Fail to kiss his fat ass properly and he'll drop you in!
Fuck. There's a meme in there somewhere.

I get that vibe too, hidden in plain sight. Someone did say earlier that her path is worth digging into?

Renie is calculating, yes, but not on anything malicious, she's always thinking about how best to build her business. I perused the dungeoneer files and did not find a single instance of her bashing anyone and stayed focused on good solid principles. From everything I've seen watching her she seems genuine in her endeavors, believes in her products, and does support the people around her. Plus she promotes lots of boobies.

Someone calculating wouldn't put it in such a public place for starts. Think a whisper here, nudge there - who knows.

I don't know what you're afraid of. Unless he's still actively promoting you then he can't hurt you.
We know for a fact that he's paying people to fuck with his enemies and run interference with their campaigns. Fact: he dropped a $10K check to the Farms, although when it came time to collect his army to go FND on Eric July I'm happy to say he was greeted with a resounding GET FUCKED FATSO.

*Sigh*

No, he did NOT.

That was a fucking JOKE Null made five years ago in response to some idiot accusing Null of sweeping it up for EVS. Specifically some sped with the username @UndeliveredCrowdfundMaste that was banned back in 2019. There was a time when a tiny minority of people felt the Farms wasn't going in hard enough on EVS, and Null must be protecting him.

Except nobody has been able to explain exactly how that was supposed to work, or did work. Over the years plenty of people criticized Ethan and suffered no consequences (with a few exceptions, like Preston, who is a turbofaggot).

Like, if that were true, people like @Absurdity and @Newman's Own would have been dropkicked out of here ages ago (AFAIK Newman simply left).

What's different between now and then is NOW EVS has become such a retard manbaby cow, the whole thread is in agreement that he's a retard manbaby cow. Hence he was told to eat shit when he came in here with a gay PA request. The seachange in opinion is entirely of Ethan's own doing. Money has nothing to do with it. Null does not accept bribes.

Got a source for that?
He's talking about this post.

It's a joke.

In retrospect, I kinda wish he didn't make that joke because every once in a while somebody who hates Ethan and/or Null and/or the Farms will bring it up and claim it's totally real, and some oldfag like me has to explain the backstory behind it.

I was gonna mention this when somebody posted that Actual Fandom video where he brings it up, but I got sidetracked.
