There are Soros linked NGOs and Mexican Racial Supremacist groups (Razorfist covered them recently in a video -- the're National Socialist groups that literally think they're going to take the Southwest back for Mexico via subversion, they even have started to get local election seats in California) that were both found to be telling undesirables how to abuse Squatting laws to get free housing. The Democratic Socialist style left hate landowners and landlords almost as much as they hate the rich and their dad, so they're all for "some bouguie fuck losing one or two of the extra properties they won't be allowed to steal from the rest of us once the revolution comes." There are (again, Mexican speaking) communist groups in LA et all that are intentionally making huge showings of moving illegal families into government owned housing reserved for emergencies and daring the government to stop them or arrest the wetbacks.

We know all of this because they're so fucking stupid and confident that there will never be consequences to their own actions that they film themselves explaining how to do it to people on TikTok and fucking press releases bragging about it. So while it's still "rare" it's also a confirmed tactic they're using.

One of those "It isn't happening and here's why it's a good thing that it is" deals. If you want to see how rare it is, suggest changing the laws to prevent the bullshit they're using to stop landowners from removing the fuckers without wasting a decade fighting it and watch how much they freak out on you.

I used to work full time not part time for a management company.

To be clear "squatting" is a combination of abusing two different but related sets of laws.

"squatters right" has the idea from the old frontier days were lets say some people set up on your land and start farming it. You the land owner werent making productive use of your land, but these other people did. So there is a way for you to lose your property by being lazy etc.

Then their is "tenant rights" which I honestly agree with. The idea being that just because you rent a house from me, dont give me the right to harass you.

Also in america there are corporate ran and owned apartment complexes think like places the size of a few city blocks that have 100-500 doors.

Then there are single family homes. which are more a mom and pop kinda deal. I mosty delt with those. Fuck my child hood home is a rental. That also common mom and dad pass and the kids who have their own home just rent out their parents etc.

sorry back to the point. So lets say you mr boat rent my old house. I can not just walk into it any time I want and be a tyrant. I have to give you 24 hour notices and you have to give me permission to enter the house, or else I can be charged with tresspass. Also in CA the way you mark possession is keys once I hand the key to the tenant they have possession of the house and I cant just do what ever the fuck I want. Same when they move out, its marked by when they hand the keys back. If they just fuck off then I need to do a posting and wait 18 days before I throw their shit out.

Okay So lets say mr stars childhood home is empty, and some people break in change the locks and worse forge a lease. The police do not view this as a criminal case like trespass its a civil case called "unlawful detainer" which is a legal theory that I m being deprived of my property. The legal remedy is to go to civil court and get a writ to have the police come and do a lock out, where the police remove the person and a locksmith changes the locks.

This process is long and costly in the best of times, now add a court system that basically says "we dont wanna do this shit, so the squatter will be given every fucking chance in the world, Oh you didnt fill this form correctly fuck you start over.

I know a man who basically tried to do the eviction on his own and the commissioner who over saw the eviction used to work for the tenant support agency that was representing the squatter, and her reply to the owner was "there is no proof SHE DIDNT PAY"

Finally I think too many A&N are acting like retards and comminist thinking that there is a finite supply of single family homes and the normal boggie men AKA JEWEY NIGGER STONE are buying all the housing.

Seems like it was sometime in 2022 or early 2023, it's been "US Politics General" for a while now. I think the name also changed when the original thread got shut down and this one was made as replacement.

I think the title change was probably more to keep the thread relevant in A&H than anything else, and discussing Biden and the retarded Democrats usually led into sperging about various political topics and discussions. I was originally against the title change but these days I'm just glad when the thread isn't being derailed by hohol vs. zigger faggotry or something else.
