Can we talk about how /k/ has become a tranny run shithole? Just caught a 4 day ban on there for just calling someone a nigger. Half the fucking threads are literally made by trannies jerking off to vids of russians being mutilated. I dont give a shit about the war. Just half the damn board has turned into anti russia threads and I know for a fact it's the faggots like tactical troonfriend running the board into the fucking ground. I just want to talk about guns, not see post after post of "hehe look at this zigger get his face ripped off, you mad vatnik?"

4chan went mainstream, more and more people admitted to posting/lurking and lowered the social stigma of doing so, then everything got shit up. The mods got more involved/promoted failed brands like kommandoblog, that shitty "radio station" and kommandostore in the process of turning it into day/k/are, I completely ducked out.
They even used the fucking FIFA emblem for the top pinned post on the board instead of the actual logo. Fuck them.

As much as I liked /k/, it has been circling the drain for the better part of a decade, slav war #9001 was just the last nail in the coffin.
4chan has three major problems: a weak admin presence that lets the tranny jannies run wild, a huge influx of newfags eroding the board culture, and brain drain from oldfags deciding they have better things to do than hang around a website where you can't even say nigger anymore.

Related. Cancer can turn bones into matchsticks. People can break bones doing everyday things like walking (in this case it was apparently hiking)

When someone has end-stage cancer, it spreads all over, including to bones. When your pancreatic cancer metastasizes to another spot, it's still pancreatic cancer. Important because if you look up "bone cancer" you will indeed find that it has a much better survival rate than pancreatic cancer- but that's for cancer of the bone, not cancer that spreads to the bones (and the liver, kidneys, wherever else). Cancer is not really one disease, but many that act and are treated differently. And unfortunately pancreatic cancer is both easy to miss and difficult to treat. Once it spreads, treatments start doing more harm than good, which is why hospice becomes the care plan.

There's posts going around again saying he's just died but I don't see anything "official" so I don't put too much stock in em after the last time

Unless it comes out of Roy's mouth in a video or is posted on the channel's community tab I put no credence into rumors about Paul's death.

On an unrelated note: I rediscovered A Regular Guy, a channel I watched him back in the days before he started his own training company, and was reminded of his beef with a schizo name Johnathan Piccone. (something about a stolen girlfriend or some other stupid shit, the videos Piccone made about it appear to have been deleted) I decided to check out John's channel to see what he's been up to over the past 7 or 8 years and he seems to still be trying to start beef with other guntubers. All while being some weird hillbilly, gun-toting, psychedelic, neo-hippy.

When Paul’s cancer diagnosis came out there was a peak of old /k/ glory as people temporarily came back to say their well wishes for the man. But yeah everyone keeps to twitter. I saw the guy who made the old Stalker challenge was on twitter before getting banned

I like some of kommandostores new shirts (the new waterboarding one is funny) and stickers. But the issue I have that other "surplus" stores face (americanapipedream, kruschiki) is that I feel they charge too much on some items. Like kommandostores new smersh, why would I pay $300 on a new one when I can buy a used or even unissued from Eastern Europe for cheaper? Kruschiki is a big time offender, they currently have 6SH122 gloves for 119.99USD. Meanwhile on Russian Cold Camo they are $35, other places such as ebay or other shops sell for $70. Alot of the clothing on all 3 sites is affordable but when its a "popular" niche item I feel like they get overzealous. But at the same time retards purchase them so maybe I'm the dumbass.

Kommonado store is a little pozzed. Those gumball sells are fun but I don't think I'd be buying anymore anytime soon.
The best place to buy surplus has always been sportsman's guide.

Surplus in general seems to be overpriced and inflation is a bitch, sadly, the days of $5 MREs in a big bin at the local Army & Navy are no longer. That being said; for the new production/reproduction stuff the price is "more" acceptable but still outrageous because "tactical nylon" is massively overpriced to being with.

It's less inflation and more that surplus has become cool and trendy. It's gotten to the point that even under armor and Nike are making clothes in old cold war Era camo patterns.
