I think the most impressive thing about this whole event in restrospect was that Russ managed to restrain himself and never did sent a love letter to either of the three female justices. Something in his brain managed to convince him that despite him having a set time to reply to Null’s petition, that doing so would have been a bad idea.

This is perhaps the most restraint (and good reasoning) we’ve ever seen Russ show

I maintain he's too dumb to figure out how to submit anything to any place other than the Utah court. My proof is the current state of the Florida docket, with SCOTUS as supplemental evidence.

I predict Rekieta will briefly find court reporting interesting again.
WELL WELL WELL ,*licks bottle* SHOULD'NT HAVE BEEN SO JUDGEMENTAL, COULD'VE HAD AN ARSENAL OF FRIENDS AND SOBER LEGAL MINDS*hic* COULD HAVE MADE A MILLION DOLLARS BUT NOOOOO *hungry child cries in the background* NOW YOU GOTTA EAT CROW, YOU GOTTA EAT CROW LIKE A CERTAIN MOVIE MAKER FACTUALLY AND ALWAYS EATS BABY DICKS!! *a little more hair dies* THIS IS LIKE HOW THE COPS..AND THE DENNY'S .... AND GRAND SLAM DEAD BABIES. *drunken giggling at an unfinished nonsensical joke* YOU SHOULD'VE PUT ON THE BALDO JERSH!

Perfect time for a court to toss the case for failure to prosecute now
Layman's question incoming
If the case gets tossed out, does that make the preceding judicial verdicts or findings in the suit invalid?
Like, is there a risk of "case gets tossed out because Russ is a retard, but all the shit that's decided so far is now case law"?

I’m sure he’d figure it out. They even have a handy detailed guide. They even include forms he merely needs to fill in. Granted that’s for starting the appeal, but I’m sure the supreme court has something on that. I even some interactive guides on their site with videos (wow!)

I guess its a moot point of discussion, though.

Agreed

The established caselaw remains a caselaw.

Would we now if Russell did reply, but in the improper format, causing it to never be listed?

If so, expect a Russ facebook post about how his awesome legal arguments defeated Josh in the supreme court!

Bros, do we go for the hail mary of all hail maries? Rule 44.2 allows Mr. Hardin to ask SCOTUS to reconsider if filed in 25 days:

"Any petition for the rehearing of an order denying a petition for a writ of certiorari or extraordinary writ shall be fled within 25 days after the date of the order of denial and shall comply with all the form and fling requirements of paragraph 1 of this Rule, including the payment of the fling fee under Rule 38(b) in any case in which the filer paid the fling fee under Rule 38(a), but its grounds shall be limited to intervening circumstances of a substantial or controlling effect or to other substantial grounds not previously presented."

Hail this mary.

Yes, we lost the meme potential, but look on the bright side: we might be able to force Russ to show up in person in Florida to make his case. He hates traveling, he'll be in a strange place, and he won't have his precious hookers to comfort him. Null, meanwhile, will be on his home turf, have the backing of tens of retards, and a professional lawyer to make his case for him.

Besides, Rusty doesn't deserve to talk about his plights before the Supreme Court. Let's save that for something that matters.

There's no point pushing a 44.2 when the last time it was granted was 30 years ago.

Rule 44.2 I say! What the fuck did we give money to the Lord of Shitposting for if not to be used at the very highest levels so that we can all sneed proudly?
It may be a rare, unlikely possibility Jersh. But if you had one shot, one opportunity.
To seize all the feed and seed you wanted in one moment.
Would you capture it? Or would you just sneed?

His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's slobber on his sweater already

I understand all the people with actual legal experience in the thread saying it might not be worth it, because it's probably not. But the other question is: will winning in Florida negate the damage done in the 10th? Because if not, it might still be worth it as another shot at safeguarding against any other chucklefucks (like the wereturkey) pushing more suits against the Farms.

Is this development or Josh's responses about it going to be featured? Just wondering

No. The entire country is a little bit shittier thanks to Russell Greer and the scalpers at DJF.

The original shot was long, doing it again to the same court that denied it goes beyond long.

Now that there are no more pending issues, it's about time that Florida tells Russ to shit or get off the pot. If anything wild is gonna happen, I would expect it down there.

Let it be known that a Soviet Jew can make copyright decisions in the face of all existing Supreme Court case law and there is no recourse to it.

If you want to just talk about people on the Internet, you are the world's nigger. You are beneath all other forms of nigger. There is no traditional avenue for seeking justice, because you are a nigger, and you do not have inherit human worth. Reputation is the most important capital in the world now, and the courts are building avenues for reputation management companies to exploit vicarious laws to protect their reputation.

Stop talking. Stop being critical. Take your shot. Stay in your lane. Never speak up. Or you'll be treated like a nigger.
At this point Null realized treating people like niggers is a bad thing, and started embracing equality. The real justice is the friends we make along the way ❤️
