trannies are mad that the caricature doesn't flatter Keffals to be more passing than they actually are, it reinforces the notion that Keffals is still just a "trans woman" at the end of the day rather than an actual woman and that is essentially transphobic: not participating in realizing this self-image they've sought for themselves.
you see this sort cope a lot within trannies online, who in reality don't pass but then have profile pictures that are decisively women because that's what they want to be represented as, see this example of Carolyn Petit (noted "realistic female representation" advocate at FemFreq) below.

basically even if you drew a realistic portrait of a tranny they will get mad cause trannies usually look like chudjaks or worse, if Mutahar used that infamous hunchback picture of Keffals they would get mad, if they used any stills where he doesn't positively look like a woman (of which there are plenty) they will get mad.

they would get mad at the above for instance (literally just a picture run through a 1:1 "sketch" filter) cause it is unflattering, what they wanted is one of those pictures of Keffals where he presses his moobs together and is photographed at an angle that obfuscates all his male features the best.
