While he is fat and stupid I do not believe Patrick thinks he’s insecure on a conscious or a subconscious level. I believe he has delusions of grandeur. I believe if you were to ask Patrick he would falsely consider himself to be a very humble person. I would personally say he has narcissistic personality disorder but the blatant self sabatage such as vandalizing his own house and swatting himself suggest moment's of lucidity. Perhaps coupled with a severe hero complex. I think we’ve all experienced someone ‘like’ Patrick in our lives but never to such an extreme extent past the age of highschool.
