We’re sadden to inform the community about a fight that occurred yesterday evening with a group of students from Hazelwood East. An altercation between two parties turns violent after the victim who has been identified as Kailee suffered a serious head injury . According to several sources the fight took place on the street Claudine near Hazelwood East High School.

In the disturbing video you can see Kailee and another student having a fight when Kailee head was slammed into the ground three times. Quickly after she sustained a brutal head injuries she began to have a seizure. The official reports regarding this unfortunate incident hasn’t been released. We don’t know the cause of the fight but it could’ve been avoided. Please parents talk to children and understand that the youth are facing demons we never had to.

MY OWN COMMENTARY: This is currently making the rounds on prominent twitter accounts (libsoftiktok, Ian Miles, etc). So far I have not seen any mainstream coverage even on Fox News. There are tweets and tweet replies stating the victim, named Kailee, died. Some of these reference the stlrealnews instagram account but I see no such update. The instragram account is here:

Needless to say this is only the most recent incident of what Colin Flaherty called black mob violence. The image of her head being bashed against the pavement and no one doing anything to help (but just continue filming) is shocking, even to those very accustomed to black mob violence.

Absolutely wild. It's the kind of language you see in other cases where people flip out on the accused - frat boy does something, gets handy with a girl or whatever, and it's all "he has a bright future ahead of him and this would jeopardize his scholarship", and people point out that all of that is totally irrelevant to the question of whether they committed a crime or not. Great, I don't care how smart and talented this girl (allegedly) is, unless the argument here is that people should be given more legal privileges if they're smart.

On top of that, "defending herself from harassment and bullying"? All these self-defense cases in the media usually come down to very specific questions of whether certain force is justified based on the threat. If their legal defense is "she was defending herself from bullying", then the first time the prosecution shows a video of her slamming the white girl's head into the pavement I fully expect the judge to just go "uh, guilty lol". Even if the white girl HAD A GUN POINTED AT YOU, the second she's no longer a threat you're supposed to disengage in most states, or at least not follow through with liquefying her brains.

Also, this might be surprising to learn for select blacks/browns/white trash, but "she wuz makin' fun obs me!" isn't actually a legal cause to beat the fuck out of someone.

I think an insect flew in his mouth. I've experienced this, and would probably talk the same way (again!). It's also very common for people who speak more than one language or dialect to revert to the first one under even minor stress. (I'll never forget the story about the South Asian ER doctor who started babbling in his own first language when EMS brought in a young woman who had been in a car accident, and she had some kind of genital piercing.)
