I've got an N count larger than some rural zipcodes so I feel empowered to tell you... yes. 5.5" is about normal. Dick size follows a normal distribution curve. (i.e. 68.7% of men are going to be within 1 stdev of 5.5" (+/- ~1"); and 95.5% of men will be somewhere between 2st. devs (so between 3.5"-7.5".) And those 3 sigma bastards; the remaining 4.5%; 2.25 will have a dick 2.5-3.5" and the rest a dick larger than 7.5-8.5". And honestly it's not good for either of those sets; being too big isn't better than being too small.
Why, do you think you're larger? Because I think most men think they are larger, and they really... are not.
As for racial distribution... idk I think the blacks have like a 3cm handicap. (little more than 1".) Not all of them, though.
