kim and dalton infuriate me but the fishing stuff does make me MATI. Mayhem is right - often private fishing digs do pay to stock their ponds and pools, and having a membership is almost like having mandate to follow their rules regarding fishing and to take care of the grounds. the folks with the memberships will treat the grounds and fish with respect and care.

these two fucklords? first of all, i'm surprised either of them know how to hold a fucking fishing rod, nevermind tie hooks and attach bait. lots of these places don't let you keep your catches or kill fish but you know kim's gonna want to pose with the fishes and have a 10 minute long tongues-out photoshoot whilst the poor fish stops breathing from being out of the water for so long. not to mention the trash and shit they'll leave behind.

You are correct. What I said is more or less a very cut and dry generalization. It does vary within each state. Its sometimes a hassel to get ahold of someone, but I would just call your closest state park and ask a park ranger what the stipulations for fishing without a license is. The way I understand it, at a minimum the adults just need to purchase a day pass into the state park. But like you said, there are slight differences between each state. Texas, I beleive also allows fishing in creeks, bayous and drainage ways like behind neighborhood subdivisions without any license or pass at all.

I think my point was, if Kim wanted to take her family fishing. They could easily legally have done so for either very inexspensive or even free, so long as she looked up the rules and regulations. At a minimum Aiden would have been able to enjoy free fishing and the adults could watchand take pictures of him having a good time

That’s another reason why the grounds are residents and members only — what would happen if these retards stopped watching their kid and it drowned? Some shyster lawyer could say they have a case because there was no “Watch your crotch spawn, water is dangerous” sign in an obvious spot and sue the HOA for an astronomical amount of money. The HOA carries insurance for the common areas for these reasons, but it may choose not to cover people who don’t fucking live there. I know this sounds like an unlikely example, but I live in a place where people drown constantly and lawyers love litigating this stuff because they can take a crying mama to a jury and beg for damages.
