It's hard to explain, but perhaps you should ask one of these everpresent discord grooming/CSAM-sharing groups? Shouldn't be too hard, after all you can find their members in this very thread as well

I'd say around 70-80% of all raids we've ever done have been recorded on the wiki. And the ones that weren't were simply missed.
