Right now the cope is that he's busy with the kids and bringing them to various activities. So when summer hits and those activities settle down and he's still missing shows what will the new cope be?
His kids do nothing in the summer? Don't see friends, go places, do camps, have fun? He can ignore them more when they're at home? Oh, yeah, guess so.

Funny enough, Edgar Allan Poe always has mentally ill alcoholics committing murders one way or another, I.E., The Black Cat. Maybe we're witnessing the Fall of the House of Rekieta?
Tell-tale hearts of raccoons under his deck, maybe. I'd work Dostoeyvsky into this somehow, but at least Raskolnikov was interesting.

On second thought (spoilers to a book I highly recommend):
Raskolnikov was a former (failed) law student who thinks of himself as exceptional, i.e., smarter than you and all the whos, which exceptionalism he believes renders him above the law. Believes he is an artist and unconstrained by family obligation, morally. Hypochondriacal. Becomes feverish, paranoid, erratic, skeletal, gleeful at what he has done. His supposed love* becomes shockingly thin and frail, and he believes her lot is to carry a heavy burden - so he taunts her. Mutters to himself in public. Faced with the reality of his ordinariness, he breaks down. He experiences guilt, but it us really shame...for his own mediocrity.

Lol, this excerpt from a random essay is on it:
Dostoevsky shows Raskolnikov to be even more alienated from others while serving his time in Siberia. He is even more heartless to Sonia, who has followed him there. And he is even less remorseful about the murders than he was before his confession. Raskolnikov’s redemption is not about apology nor even about taking responsibility, for both these things serve as a kind of psychological balm that he craves as an antidote to anxiety. It feels good not to have to hide his secret. The emotional and psychological rapture Raskolnikov feels at the moment of public confession comes from no longer having to fear detection. It is a relief from his guilt. Confession is therapeutic, but it is not redemptive.

[...]Raskolnikov’s shame is deeper than his guilt, as shame always is. His shame has to do with not being seen rather than with avoiding detection. He feels guilt for what he did, but his shame is of a more subtle nature. Raskolnikov is intensely and personally ashamed of the self-knowledge he works so hard to avoid. It is the knowledge that the man he wanted to be—a desire so profound that he killed for it—was nothing more than an illusion in the first place, a wish-fulfillment fantasy played out in a grotesque experiment. He feels guilt that he came to resemble the grotesquery he created, but he is even more ashamed to admit that his sought individuation is itself the moral horror.
[...]
What he does not want to see or acknowledge is that his identity cannot be chosen or discovered from within, but that it comes mostly from without, by the ties that connect him to his family, to his occupation as a student, and to his friends. Raskolnikov’s moral struggle is ultimately not about crime and punishment, but about whether he will be redeemed of his solipsism.

* Sofia:
"She had a thin, very thin, pale face, rather irregular and angular, with a sharp little nose and chin. She could not have been called pretty....". He also finds her too religiously fanatic, in contrast to his own mockery. "The Gospels under my pillow, the very same book she read to me about Lazarus. She gave it to me, but I still haven’t opened it.". And:
She sat down. He looked kindly and almost compassionately at her.

“How thin you are! What a hand! Quite transparent, like a dead hand.”

He took her hand. Sonia smiled faintly.

“I have always been like that,” she said.

"Illness, delirium … melancholy … all these psychological means of defence, these excuses and dodges, are quite untenable."
- Porfiry

OK that was fun.

the church shouldn't record and upload this shit in the first place, it's incredibly gay and cringe to do that
Select churches have been doing this at least since the early 80ies and the broadcasts were on the major networks and public access channels. Usually shown in the oh fuck early time slots and right before the (Saturday) morning cartoon started.

This picture is interchangeable from a still taken from some random 80's horror film. I thought for a second that someone shopped a knife into her hand to complete the image. Keeping your body fit is one thing but she looks like she's in training to steal the spooky scary skeleton crown from Eugenia Cooney.

Keeping your house secure with metal grates over access areas and securing trash mostly keeps them away. If they have a strong negative interaction they never come back, loud noises or chased.
This is why you have to give them a strong negative interaction immediately. If you drive them off, you don't have to harm them. If you don't, you have to end them. This is almost all raccoon interactions. You make it clear their bullshit isn't going to be tolerated, and they realize that.

I don't know if this has been discussed or not, but if Monty wins the case would he have a legitimate ethics complaint against Nick Rekieta for what was said on the Rekieta Law streaming channel?

If they don't go away, killing them is an option that needs to be considered if they become a serious problem. It's clear you fuckers have never dealt with problematic wildlife.
Birds flocking a tree, big deal. Skunks eating pests, how nasty? If they're eating your berries, then put up an enclosure. Clapping usually scares them away. Their spray is purely defensive, if they have to spray at you, you fucked up as the smarter mammal in the equation.

Racoons are smart and they're menaces, but a blast to their little faces with a hose usually deters them from coming back. They're highly social creatures, so they'll know a balldo-wearing skeleton freak lives there. If that doesn't work, then a swift shot to its head will do.

If you don't give a shit about exotic wildlife, at least care enough for your own cats to not get ran over by cars. You can easily make a caged enclosure to let them touch grass.

It appears as if the most insane version events, the stuff I was thinking but though "No. That can't be what's happening. That would be too crazy", was happening the whole time..
He's becoming Ethan Ralph, where the true outcome is worse than the speculated worst scenario. We thought he'd get robbed in Lisbon, turns out he got his skull reconfigured on top of his $899 purse being nabbed by a tranny.

Somebody just got rightfully bullied out of this thread for creating an account,
It’s very creepy, but it’s public video.
Most regulars know those church streams exist. We never cared to share them because his kids are innocent. That said, it's a public video so it's not against any rules to post, creepy or otherwise.

I'll defer to actual practicioners of law, but is the ethics complaint not relegated to misconduct in the PRACTICE of law?

If so, Nick is safe. He has not practised in the last year, that I can tell.

Bro, it's for families to send to Grandma in Florida. No one expects one of their regular visitors to be a balldo man and get weird trolls recording them.

There's no way to stop people from looking at publicly made footage the church itself published.
You're right, it's not even a big deal, just kind of bothered me is all. Maybe it's latent memories of Sunday School coming back to haunt me.

If you no show the ticket hearing you technically didn't practice law and can't get an ethics complaint.

Truly, Nick was playing Paradox-Billiards-Vostroyan-Roulette-Fourth-Dimensional-Hypercube-Chess-Strip Poker the entire time.

My Rekieta movie is about 70% done. Moving along much faster than the last vid, despite being 4x the runtime (clocks in at 21 minutes not counting end credits). My optimistic goal is to have it done and out by the end of next week.

- Footage is done.
- The dialogue is like 95% done (I just need literally a few single words from certain people's streams/videos).
- Then I just need to finish putting all the animations and memes in.

Here's some screenshots from my video editor of a few scenes.

Speaking of Emily, while Nick is busy drinking himself to death, Emily has her own fucking app now.
Oh yea! Well Nick has a balldo!
I am no longer shocked by his not doing LOCALS. 37 viewers...
Your bot deserves a much better chat to monitor than the graveyard that is Nick's locals.

Unless he fucks a client and/or steals their money probably not.

April probably has a legitimate claim against him.
