That is such a delightfully autistic idea. One of the paths is a reference to bringing back the Kaiser in base Hoi4 and it reverts Kiwifarms to the CWCki Forums and installs Chris Chan as the "Queen" of the Nation.

Okay, i have put the kiwifarms nation into the game. 2 nations have base things setup atleast!
I can for sure make atleast 1 "big" nation everyday, this makes it possible for me to probably begin making big cool teasers in like a week

I'll reiterate my idea from the other thread: SA as a kind of fallen "Rome" in the setting, the country that gave birth to a bunch of successor empires but at the start of the game is a worse Byzantium, a husk of its former self that'd make for an interesting challenge run.

Ifunny is worth including because it is now heavily mixed with soyjak party. 9gag is still active too and digg could be included as a nation that can be released from reddit. Digg basically died because most of its users migrated to reddit years ago. Imgur should also be included with reddit since it was, I think, started by redditors for image hosting. Reddit has a few other .biz splinter sites similar to rdrama like the very boomer patriots.win and leftist hexbear. Twitter has a lot of splinters too with gab and the entire fediverse and mastodon. There's also girlcow sites like lolcow.farm, crystal cafe, and lipstick alley. I feel like lolcow.farm should start with a nonagression pact with the farms because of shared culture. Other middling websites like hacker news, deviant art, and tvtropes too, then nearly dead forum sites like fark and straight dope. What about dailymotion and vimeo? You could include those video sites as generic nations to fill space. They don't have much of a unique culture because youtube is so big. Streaming sites like rumble, odyssey, and kick, but kick could just be a bossmanjack controlled state.
Something awful should have a troll's remorse mechanic. It can be like what other strategy games use to depict roman decay, a bunch of negative modifiers. There was a brief period where lowtax was actively trying to revive the site by talking to null before he spiraled out to eating a shotgun. Could also put in soviet union inspired events like "the death of lowtax" and "the return of shmorky". Lowtax is stalin and shmorky is trotsky. Joke event chain where shmorky is actually stonetoss. Doesn't hearts of iron have a world war mechanic? I feel like the Roman decay type of mechanics would work great. Start the game with huge penalties of everything until either Lowtax overcomes it and has a kind of reverse redemption arc, or shoots himself which is how you get to a leader struggle. Schmorky dual persona arc sounds like a fun meme too. Build up communist influence, become Schmorky. Build up fascist influence, become Stonetoss. Might detract from the thematic consistency but as long as we're spitballing funny concepts, why not.
All nations have to have unique rebels by default that are tied to the ideology system. In the base game that means that a civil war depending on the popularity levels of ideologies the repels popping up can be one of each on the popularity pie chart.
