What's interesting is that he says he has the plate, as you'd suspect given the camera and angles, and says he's filed a report, but implies he hasn't given the MPD the plate number and threatens to do so unless his poorly cobbled together art projects are returned. He even names the make and model in what I assume is an attempt to intimidate. It's just so fucking weird. Explain it to the cops, give them the info, get your chairs back, and let them sort it out. Piggy just never does anything the logical way. I guarentee he wants to explain to whoever took the chairs about his stlakers.

Translation: he doesn’t have the plate. It’s too far away or the angle was wrong or something - he’s bluffing.

To be fair, that’s actually quite correct.

In most jurisdictions one could be arrested and charged with petty theft or equivalent offense if caught taking rubbish out of bins.

In the UK for instance, the waste is still the property of the owner until the council or authorized body comes to collect it, in which case it then becomes their property.

While this sounds retarded on the surface, it’s mostly been left in place for circumstances like pikies stealing scrap iron out of skips can be charged if that’s the only thing you actually have on them.

So unless Patrick’s local authorities have different rules, which I don’t think so, then stealing his garbage is a crime if he bothers to complain about it.

By his own admission, the footage is useless to actually identify anybody (no stalker, I have never owned a dry erase marker). I think he honestly believes that there's a TV-trope supercomputer down at District 1, where Officer Pedowood J. Yeah straight away, they thought they had permission but obviously they didn’t.

It’s reasonable of them to point to the Craigslist ad of course but unless they can prove that Piggy for some reason made the ad and now denies it, then unfortunately he is in the right to want his “chairs” back.

Probably the police will try to prevent him pressing charges, because if this does end up in front of a judge, any reasonable judge will let them off with a warning and advise they make sure they have the right house/have spoken to the property owner and got confirmation if looking for garbage on Craigslist again.

But it’s Fatrick. He will feel that it’s his right to drag this through the courts to own the Atalkers.

Anyone else have the beautiful mental image of Fat trawling through East Milwaukee in his pigmobile glaring out the windows as he tries to find his lawn chairs in random gardens?

Because if the text exchange in the last page is legit he is driving himself slowly more insane with pig rage so if he thinks he sees them he is gonna charge out the car shrieking "DOYOUHAVEANYIDEA?!!!" at some terrified old lady who inadvertently purchased a chair that looks slightly like fat's
