I assume so, I wasn't messing with him then so it isn't me and I don't think it's CowWrangler, though that is a possibility. The funniest ones are when he has the police show up by accident, dude can't even say he isn't a 43 at that point.

These cops have an unbelievable amount of patience with him, to the point where I'm pretty sure they think he's a struggling 43.

Is there any way you can upload the files to something other than Googledrive, like Catbox, or directly post them here? Not many people are gonna feel comfortable clicking on GDrive. It's nothing personal, just not the normal for the farms.

I plan to scan and upload the original batch of Bowser FOIA on Sunday. I apologize for the delay but we're running 6 days a week at my work so been a bit busy. I am trying to get everything archived before I move on the 26th as after that it may be some time before I can put it up again as other things will take priority, but with Bowser reappearing now it seems like it is a good idea to back everything up before the move.

Yeah, they go overboard with the censorship. The latest batch is far more censored than the first as they realize he is a 43. What I gathered is every single file from 07/23 onward is something HE called about so it shows that the weens and alogs aren't the ones creating the issues, that's not much but it is telling

The one thing out of the police reports that always struck me as especially egregious is that they were aware of the groping incident yet that didn't set off some kind of alarm bells for further investigation.

They're also probably censoring a lot because they know its going to be posted online. Kind of defeats the purpose of it being the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION but cops will be cops.
