The astrological new year will take place on 12/29 so if they want to have a baby born in the year of the Snake they had better wait at least 5 days. FYI the site I use updated recently to align the hours with CST [UTC+8] which in some cases alters the day sign but it makes a lot more sense.
For the majority of the day that Jessica was born, the Moon was in Uttara Phalguni which implies involvement in sex work, gains through scandals and can give a despotic nature so I believe that this is her nakshatra. Either pada 2 or 3.

Counting from her Moon nakshatra to his in Ashlesha is 25 places, which is said to cause 'ailments and slaughter’ for a couple. Uttara Phalguni is considered to be Manushya (human) while Ashlesha is Rakshasa (demon). Demons are selfish and should only ever pair with another rakshaha, pairing with a human is said to be ‘fatal’ so I think them having baby together would be a very bad idea.. Snakes often tend to be sickly children too, I dread to think what would happen if they got bacterial meningitis or something!
Certain aspects in the synastry chart that indicate that a couple with be particularly fertile together, for example aspects between the woman’s Moon and the man’s Mars or her Moon and his Jupiter. There is a trine between his Venus and her Jupiter but that could just be related to material gain.
In my experience, women who are going to have their first child later on in life will have their Moon sign positioned in the later signs, Capricorn onwards. Both Josh’s and Jessica’s putra karakas (planets of children) are Saturn, Saturn can rule things like delays but it can also indicate disease and failure. Her Saturn is in tight opposition with his Venus but I am unsure whether that would help or hurt fertility.
If I knew their exact birth times I could have a look at their D-7 chart which is the divisional chart for the 5th house of children. There will be a transit moon conjunction with her Moon on the 24th so this could be a particularly emotional time for her.

I use sidereal astrology so I generated you an additional chart that places your Ascendant at the very end of Virgo. Chitra Nakshatra. This nakshatra can gift an individual with wisdom and artistic ability, the symbol for it is a pearl or a gemstone and indicates that through turmoil they can ultimately create something beautiful out of it.
I see that you set the timezone manually to UTC so if you were born in DST your Ascendant could also be in the middle of Virgo, Hasta Nakshatra. Hasta is a very down to earth nakshatra, charming, ambitious and polite. The symbol of Hasta is a hand and you could be skilled at working with your hands.
Having your Ascendant in Virgo, when using whole house method would place your Sun in 11th house, 11th house rules older siblings and groups of people so it could help to make one outgoing and value friendship highly. You also have Sun trine with Jupiter which means you might be exuberant and get along well with others.
Your Sun is placed in Cancer and this will usually make a person supportive and loyal and also emotional. Your Sun is at 1°53 Cancer - Punarvasu Nakshatra in the 4th pada. Up until Barbgate, I considered astrology to be bullshit. But I definitely remember Mariposa predicting that Chris's life would go to shit in 2021 almost a year before it actually happened. She also predicted that he would be really happy about something in October, which was right around the time he started larping as Jesus. Fake or not, that was pretty impressive.
Modern popular astrology, the kind that's just sun signs and "vibes," is still definitely bullshit, though.

I'm not the biggest believer but one time I was casually chatting about birthdays (like X seems like someone born near the end of the year) with a guy and he hit me with this one:
"doesn't it seem like the position of the sun when you're born influences your personality?"
When I told him "yeah, like might the moon too right? Like what phase it's in and such?" and he went along with it until I said "so you believe in astrology now, huh?"
He tried to walk it back pretty hard after.

Its been awhile since ive done my homework but ill throw some stuff out there, ive studied a little western astrology. Cancer sun men are awesome. Very comforting and warm. The libra ascendant there will make you a very well rounded and somewhat sociable Cancer. I see you have more Cancer too, this can lend to quite alot of time spent at home and within your comforts. Don't forget to let people in your shell sometimes because what's inside is sure to impress many. Cancer with Libra ascendant is pretty contradictory already, especially with that gemini moon to mix things up quite a bit. You are likely to have a wide variety of interests and may be in expert in very few, but this makes you easy to fit in/wear many hats (like my avatar. Lol) Also I hear with Libra asc we are likely to be very personable but have hard lives, due to our houses being placed in the opposing signs naturally.
Also sidereal seems interesting too I'm just a newb. Sidereal was able to predict, to the day when I would meet who became my next boyfriend. Someone on tumblr read my chart a few years ago and it did come true.

It might be fun to identify the spirit animals of certain lolcows based on the combination of their Chinese year and Sun placement. I found out that Bossman’s spirit is of the dodo and I thought that was pretty funny.

Yeah I was going to ask about his birthday being in October but I was unable to load the page and reply.
When I'm judging marriage compatibility I usually check the life path numbers first as this hints at longevity. For example Ethan and Pantsu’s life paths had one of the lowest success rates possible, and theirs didn’t last a year. Anisa's husband's life path is 3 and Anisa's is 8 which has moderate compatibility with 58%.
After that I usually look at the Chinese chart compatibility. Ever since the site I use updated the time-zones to align with CST, I have been learning how it is beneficial for the spouses to balance one another’s chart with the elements that the other lacks AKA ‘lucky element'. It’s hard to judge Ian and Anisa’s elements without also knowing their birth times so focusing on their signs:

I see why they have medium chemistry. I think if they were really able to find their souls and drop all the teenage narcissism they would probably be good together. They are well matched in energy/looks. Now will they ever be able to find maturity and confidence? Probably not, especially since they already passed their saturn returns. People can always turn it around, but that always seems to be around age 24-29. It's probably too late.

Usually the bone of contention between a male Horse and a female Rooster is her possessiveness and jealous displays of temper. I am assuming that Ian getting attention from the opposite sex isn’t really an issue here, especially not when she is telling their audience that he “shit pant”.
The fact that she shared that anecdote could point to trouble in their relationship though. If she needs a man that can challenge her to feel fulfilled, I somehow doubt that Ian is hitting that spot for her. Despite training to be a boxer and getting tattoos done, Anisa clearly calls the shots whether she likes it or not.
