Hardin coming in hard. I cannot believe Greer actually told a court he spent 14,000 dollars on whores. Makes a wonderful little reference point though:story:
In a case where he's claiming in forma pauperis status no less. What a cheeky little rat-faced scumbag.

ETA: That was actually back in a case in 2018. I believe he has repeatedly made the statement, though.
Man, at least some courts require a filing of a notice that this has been complied with. Not in Clown Court, I guess…
Parties are supposed to handle discovery themselves and not bug the court with it. If it turns into a dispute, whoever loses is deemed to have wasted the court's time and automatically has to pay the other side's legal fees. They don't have space for sometimes tens of thousands of pages of crap nobody has any intention of using anyway.

If there isn't a local rule to the contrary, it's generally assumed that parties have in fact complied with their 26(f) disclosure requirements unless the other side makes an issue of it.

I was more hoping for a swift end to the lawsuit, so Russell can get back to his true vocation, making shitty songs and dance videos.
Sadly that will not happen if Russell loses. Only a district court copyright ruling in his favour can let him return to his normal life.

Supreme Court gave notice (yesterday) to Utah that they did something in Null's case, but forgot to attach a document explaining what they did (denied his petition)

I maintain that the reference should have been to 93.

It’s good to know the SCOTUS clerks are on the same level as Shitlips when it comes to court filings.

Yeah, I have regrets. Don't post under the influence frens.
It happens. Anyone who hangs around here long enough will post under the influence at some point.
Done it more times then I like to admit. Especially around holidays.

estimate on how long it will take for florida judge to rule on…. any motions in this case? i understand that in “court time,” this old-ass case is in its infancy in florida. but with russ now unable to pound out a “response to response to motion” and electronically file it, and have to rely on snail mail, that lengthens proceedings even more. how long is reasonable for a judge to catch up on the lunacy and rule on the currently standing motions?

Anyone who follows this thread and reads Greer's filings probably needs a drink or seven. If it doesn't help them make more sense, it'll at least make the pain go away.
I find it quite fun to try to figure out what he's currently pissed about and try to imagine how he "saw it all going" which sometimes is pretty obvious and sometimes is damn obscure (because even Russ knows that "suck me my penis" as a demand in a legal filing only goes so far).
