I sincerely don’t get your point. I’m not trying to be mean, but what did you mean by this?

Greer asked for a 30 day extension in his filing right? If the judge doesn't grant this then Greer's replies would be due 30 days earlier.

I could have found these 4 motions Greer is talking about and found their deadlines but these motions were filed a very long time ago. So I just did a little math to figure out when they are due without a 30 day extension.

Is Greer not asking for a 30 day extension? The number of days was not in the filings (thanks Russ for being unclear). I believe someone here said he was filing a 30 day extension because he couldn't get 90 days previously.

Her ex-husband is buried under ground on the account of blowing his brains out in front of her.
Well damn I stopped following her after Rekieta stopped reading her filings on stream regularly.
Thankfully I have a pics folder with 2 pictures, one is Useful_Mistake's identity, the other one is thug Greer
I still find this really funny. Anyone in here who has legal knowledge is secretly Matthew Hardin.

I think he's asking for a retroactive extension on all the filings that are already overdue which he was denied the 90 day stay for. So he's asking for a stay of 30 days from NOW while also reaching back in time and giving him a 120 day stay from the original deadlines (actually the deadline he set himself by combining two deadlines)

Feb 29th and March 1st with the original 30 day extension.

So, at present that's what, 118 days till now from the first deadline, if he gets 30 more days it's 145 days or so.

At the risk of sounding like Donald Trump Art of the Deal/Scott Adams, Russ has put himself in a terrible position to negotiate a settlement.

He had the tone right when he was telling Hardin "You know I'll win so why don't you do yourself a favor and settle? Mwahaha!" and legalkiwis have expressed that posting the entire song to the farms is pretty indefensible and the only hope for victory would be a dismissal for a technicality.

But at the same time, Russell keeps filing "I'm so CONFUZED me too stupid to law!"

Of course that's going to make Hardin think "This bozo can't meet a single deadline or do anything right, we can definitely get this case dismissed for his incompetence" so of course he's going to tell Russell "We refuse to settle, litigate or drop the case bitch!"

At this point, any other ruling would be a gross miscarriage of justice, and it would mean any retard could blow through months and years of attorneys fees by forcing a defendant to defend a case that is in permanent infancy. It would be an intolerable situation for everyone
So what you're telling me is that we have at least another decade of this foolishness before the case gets mercifully taken behind the woodshed and put down?

Not just because I belong to KF, but just for the sheer amount of bullshit Greer has tried to pull thus far, I'd dismiss the case in its entirety due to failure to prosecute, with prejudice, declare Greer a vexatious litigant, and have the plaintiff pay all of the defenses costs.

If Russ is so confused, he could hire a lawyer to help him out with all the complexities of civil procedure. Yeah, he is supposedly trying to find some way of paying the DJF's quoted fuck-off price, but he doesn't need a super fancy expensive lawyer. Some basic strip-mall lawyer from the phone book or the 3rd page of Google search results would be able to help him out. Even Balldo Nick in a drunken stupor is probably more competent in the details of civil procedure than Russ.

However, this is a problem for Russ, because in most cases, lawyers cost money. If the lawyer thinks the case is bullshit, he'll probably want to get paid do to the bullshit work on the bullshit case that will get lost anyway. Even if the lawyer is sympathetic to Russ and believes the case is a slam dunk, he'll probably see the mess Russ has made of things, realize he has a lot of work to do, and want to get paid for that work. Anywhere between those two extremes, a lawyer is very likely going to want to get paid.

Just how on Earth is poor Russ, with all his plights, supposed to afford all those attorney's fees? Should he stop spending $14k a year on hookers and just masturbate like a normal person? No, of course not, that's crazy talk. Asking Russ to take a break from getting his dick wet in order to defeat Kiwifarms, a website, is like asking a fish to try to breathe air.

That's where you wrong, o doubter of Greer's legal acumen. There will in fact be no negotiation, all Russ has to do is convince the court to let him explain, and one impassioned speech later he will be awarded a trillion dollars and Taylor Swift's hand in marriage (but he will still be allowed to fuck whores on the side). Just like in the movies.

Current day Nick Rekieta has proven that he can't even handle a fucking speeding ticket and his cop at Denny's joke made Mersh having a stroke live on stream seem coherent. Dude has fried his brain so completely it's kind of impressive.

He's had two-and-a-half years to save money for a lawyer. From the day his appeal was filed in 2021, he should have been planning for the possibility of the case resuming in district court. He thought the appeal win was outright victory, and never understood it meant the case carried on.

Is there a particular reason Hardin is using a gmail address rather than an address associated with his businesses domain name? Is there some strange esoteric legal benefit to it or does Hardin just not wanna give Greer his business email? (Totally would understand why, I wouldnt either)

I can't speak to Hardin or his specific reason here, but a lot of lawyers just use gmail. It's easy and just works (and has a large inbox for storage). Even more lawyers use it with a domain wrapped on (so Google for Business or whatever). A lot of lawyers are tech boomers.
