the search function on this site is also very good with key words, names etc stuff like that

at the top of the page next to your username is Search
you select "This thread" when you are in the Bossman thread then search for whatever name/username you are looking for
i used this function recently to find the clip of Bossman screaming "OH MISS YASSUO, OH MISS YASSUOS MOM!" whilst he was violently humping the air
it works well!
