Following Lengthy and expensive litigation, Burritos and Tacos are declared to be Sandwiches. - A court in Indiana has determined by a preponderence of the evidence that Mexican style Sandwiches are still just that. ingredients encased in bread.

This will cause uproar on NPR, they're still trying to figure out if a hot dog is a sandwich.

a sandwich bar-style restaurant whose primary business is to sell ‘made-to-order’ or ‘subway-style’ sandwiches.
So what the plaza owners really wanted was a fast-casual restaurant that has primarily take-out orders, and not a full-service place that's going to take up all the available parking spots. You know, I agree with the judge that the taco place would fulfill the covenant. Sandwich bar? "Mexican-style" sandwich bar? Both will work.

However, the whole "taco is a sandwich" idea is going to go over as well as Indiana attempting to set the value of pi to 3.2.

BTW Subway sells wraps. Would these be considered "burritos?"

A baker or miller covered in flour is protein and other fillings in a flour covering, and therefore by the proposed definition is a sandwich.

This reminds me of some dumb shit that supposedly went all the way to Chinese supreme court, whether "pantyhose" should be considered "pants" or "hose".

They had fucking academics debating whether it's pants, hose, or its own category (radical centrists).
