So far today we know Michael Cohen stole from Trump, he also recorded conversations with news outlets(without their knowledge) that Trump knew nothing about the Stormy Daniels payments and he was saying this all the way until 2018 until the feds raided his house. We also got a nice tidbit where Michael Cohen admitted to meeting with Democrat Dan Goldman twice before testifying and lying to congress. Former US prosecutor on CNN says she is shocked by Alvin Bragg's incompetence and that this basically torpedoed his entire case.

Prosecutors are supposed to be officers of the court, not officers of the Democratic party. If the facts don’t go your way, you don’t take the case. That’s not politics. It’s ethics.

They will figure out some way to keep active communications with him during the debate. I don't know if that will be a discreet earpiece, a faux "hearing aid" or they'll implant some kind of receiving device directly into his skull for all I know! But they will NOT let him stand out there unattended, uncontrolled for an hour plus.

I don't know what they'll do. But they can't leave him to speak for that long by himself. They wont.

Cohen was Trump's former lawyer/fixer. Stormy Daniels is pornstar/whore who allegedly had an affair with Trump in 2006. Trump runs for president in 2016, 34 payments worth 130k dollars are made to Daniels. According to Trump, Cohen caught wind of her possibly making a stink about the affair and paid her off to protect Trump, Daniels would later say multiple times no affair occurred and she wasn't paid hush money. Cohen said up until 2018 Trump didn't know about these payments. In 2018 Cohen gets raided by the feds and his story changed to Trump knew and signed off on the payments. Daniels then seeing more money from interviews and book deals, changes her story and said one night stand happened in 2006.

The original Manhattan DA looked at the case and didn't go forward because Cohen is a convicted purjerer and has no credibility as a star witness. The FEC looked at the case and found no crime committed. Under state law the worst Trump could have received was a misdemeanor charge and would have received a fine like Hillary did for the Steele dossier. The problem is the statute of limitations were only two years and that already lapsed.

Alvin Bragg comes in as the new Manhattan DA, he takes Cohen on as his star witness and revives the state charges by tying them into a federal crime by committing election fraud by giving himself an in kind campaign contribution and then falsifying the records. It has never been done before and there are massive holes, the biggest being pointing out what the actual crime is.

So Bragg took every payment given to Daniels and made each one a felony charge even though each payment was just a copy of the original payment. So instead having 1 falsified document with 33 copies, they made 34 separate felonies of falsifying a document.

The reason Cohen is killing the case is simple. He has a vendetta against Trump because Trump didn't give him a cabinet position he expected when he became President. He is a convicted purjerer who has lied multiple times to Congress and to everyone else he talked to. On the stand today he admitted to committing multiple crimes from business fraud to embezzling money. He also admitted he secretly recorded conversations with media that Trump didn't know about the payments.

out of curiosity was there an instance of Obeme sending Joe to do on-the-spot guidance during SARS or Bird Flu or something?
I assume it's just lies from whole cloth but I like to keep up with confusion vs lying

Sounds like a nice microcosm of the current breed of economic voodoo that has been the norm since 2008. Buy a business, burn it all down to fuel the private equity and then sell the scrap to finance buying another business. Why would you bother making a real company and building real trade and capital when you can just burn it all down since the banks will be bailed out by the fed anyway?

It's all burning down in real time. This model only works when people are bullish enough to look into the future and see growth.

In any legitimate economy a company is not an asset to be traded. It is a collection of people focused on delivering a product or service in order to profit.

Hang the PE people first.
