Outside of cheating and fraudulent purchases there's little Dave could do scopely or any mobile game company would give a fuck about. They do not care that he scams retards out of money as that is their entire business model.

No one at scopely would care about what dsp has to say or the shit he does on stream or irl. As long as downfromtherafters isn't cheating and that phil burnell has the funds to pay for shit. He could be in prison for eating a bunch of kids he fucked and killed and as long as there was money in the PayPal account he'd still be allowed to pull hogans. Mobile game devs do not care about any of this. I don't even think they'd really give a shit if he found away to cheat the amount of money he spends. As long as it kept coming they give 0 fucks.

This is correct, but you can't deny it would be satisfying to see him utterly heartbroken to lose his account for a while until he eventually found another gacha to scratch the itch. As entertaining as it is to watch him exist in this depressing limbo forever, I can't be the only one who'd like to see him deal with something actual terrible (at least in his eyes) every now and then.

Summary is that Phil is saying that he realizes he was cringey as fuck and said "risque'' and practically saying he's not tryin to hide anything and it's all there. All said and done.

If you don't care about this shit, why are you privating your playthroughs and replacing them with synthetic versions editing out all your tasteless racist jokes?

Phil's editing Phil's having his dents edit his old playthroughs to remove racism? I thought he just slapped one of those "RACISM WAS FUNNY IN 2010 DOOD" disclaimers at the front of every video and was done with it.

1. He can be easily tracked
2. Its funny seeing him spend 1k~

Knowing Phil, yes. He will always move onto other gacha. I remember someone found his old account in Marvel Future Fight, his status in his account, and someone was able to use maths and come up with the figure of $5K spent. Phil being fucking Phil went "No! I didn't spend $5K in Marvel Future Fight!" Maths is illegal, according to Phil. In his mind, 2+2=5. If you say it's 4, you're an idiot who doesn't know anything about being a mature adult with a business degree.

Also, this is the same idiot that used to brag about dumping money into a Dragon Ball Z: Dokan Battle on Instagram! Like it was a FLEX! While begging people for money, along with getting Hulu Live, before it moved to Peacock, so he could watch the wrestle wrestle, but he doesn't watch wrestling anyone, you guys!

Also, it's just a matter of time before Phil is going to start begging his dents that he needs a new phone, as he's still rocking the iPhone 6, and WWE Champions has mentioned that they are ending support for devices for iPhone 6 soon...and Phil being Phil, he's gonna step up the begging to get a new phone, because he NEEDS to play WWE Champions.

As far as "reaching red", he still makes good money on YouTube, but as mentioned before, the tips is gacha money. There will be a time where that YouTube check is going to get lower and lower, things are going to start taking a toll, and the pull of gacha is going to go get harder and harder to resist. That's how addictive personalities work, unfortunately. Knowing Phil, he doesn't have the will power to say no to spending, as he is every saleman's wet dream, and his piggy snout is going to need more money, to dump more into gacha....until it reaches the point of bankruptcy 2: Electric Bugaloo.
