Incredibly optimistic on your part to think he'll be streaming successively or will mention it. He'll get a super chat and act surprised like he just heard about it, that's the most you'll get outta him.I can't wait for the "So what, it was always a longshot" cope argument he'll make tomorrow or Wednesday when he's finally sober enough to stream before he continues to drink himself into oboblivion.
Don't worry, he'll cope by watching black men fuck his wife some more while drinking terrible whiskey.Holy shit!
This is the worst possible outcome for Nick! I thought near the end Randazza would pull it off. It seemed based on oral arguments the court was leaning in that direction, and I was prepping myself for Nick to be a smug son a bitch. But I guess not.
Well, alrighty then. He ain't gonna be happy about this. Not with all the money he spent.![]()
I think his fall is a classic example of somebody who gets flung into fame and success out of circumstance and the help of others, and who clearly didn't know how to deal with it on his own.His falloff should be used as a prime example of why fame and alcoholism/any kind of addiction do not fucking mix
So now the case proceeds and nick is 50k poorer. That's a lot of Whiskey money wasted man.Cross post for those that don't follow the lolsuit thread.

I am going to feel personally owned if Nick goes live tonight and calls Montegraph a pedophile repeatedly while getting drunk on stream.
I'm glad this retarded faggot's getting reamed for this.Cross post for those that don't follow the lolsuit thread.

I don't understand how this guy still has fans who are willing to pay him.
Nick wanted the case dismissed.he hasn't actually lost the case, right?
this was just some legal shit about which law should be applied. the actual trial is still to come, right? losing here just means he will be tried according to the less favorable minnesota law rather than the more favorable colorado law.
50k? Rekieta was tens of thousands of dollars into the lawsuit within months of it being filed. I would be shocked if he is less than six figures into it now.So now the case proceeds and nick is 50k poorer. That's a lot of Whiskey money wasted man.
