Holy hell man. Rackets isn't spiraling, he's straight up nosediving. This is the quickest I think I've ever seen a lolcow collapse. It wasn't but about what, 1-2 years ago he was on top of the world with the Johnny Depp trial. He was making money, popular and respected in the lawtube sphere and the envy of his peers. Now he looks like a fallout ghoul, drinks like a fish and talks like a dementia patient. He's allegedly got a blizzard in his nose and a baldo on his balls. His kids are being fed cans of Chef Boyardee, which itself should be considered child abuse. He tells off colored jokes that nobody laughs at and weird observations that only further alienates him from his audience and fellow lawtubers as he continues to embarrass himself day after day. All this for the pleasure and entertainment of Daxxie Pad aka JuJu the asspegged cow.

For those wondering about costs, here's my estimate in January, before Nick had to pay for his two lawyers to appear at his appeal (which he claims he didn't know about them being in person):

Monty put up a gofundme only when the appeal happened, so it's been theorized the Schneider is doing it cheap/on contingency, but the appeals lawyer maybe wasn't. We don't know. I'd guess around $20k but that's just a complete guess.

Best guess is well over $100k at this point.

Edit to add: Randazza indirectly addresses Nick at some point, I don't remember if it's this video or not. But he discusses defamation suit costs at the time stamp:
$50k to $135k. That's without appeals or anti-SLAPP, I believe.

I've just freshly had the irony wash over me of Nick really taking off based on a disastrous internet defamation claim that he constantly reported on despite probably being too close to it, and it flames our the same way.

As we approach discovery I would like to now restate my claim that Jim Metokur is going to get deposed.
