You can see Fauna look shocked and Mumei help Bae up. Mumei also confirmed that she stood in the wrong place accidentally and had to cross over. Also indirectly proving that this isn't pre-recorded or standins and that one retard who kept claiming it was continues to be retarded.

Apparently activists are mad at Astel for mentioning going to McDonalds that one time. Can someone please explain why people are fucking pissed at McDonalds? Is it because of support of Israel, or something equally as dumb? These people went rabid over Starbucks for the exact same reason.

This is great its a rare case of something only working because its EN. They probably all know this song as that silly thing they liked as kids and the whole dance is a just a big shitpost. But I feel on the JP side they don't really laugh at something like this its either cool or theyd hold more reverence to it and the artist or something.

Astel from Holostars committed the cardinal sin of "mentioning publicly he ordered McDonalds"

And his replies got flooded by mostly western fans posting a JP translation of that stupid boycott infographic as well as several of them having embarassing breakdowns on their own timelines over the fact Astel talked about french fries on twitter. One person went so far as DMing him (which I'm shocked any of holo's talents even have DMs open) to "educate" him and was promptly blocked leading to the person having a meltdown of their own.

Whether related or not the "storm" concluded with Astel tweeting out he would be taking a week off, I'm doubting it's a punishment as I don't think Holo gives two shits about this boycott noise and Astel didn't even say or do anything actually inflamatory. Could be he's just peacing out till the dust settles and people calm down, or could just be he's taking time to practice for the upcoming concert for Holostars which is less than 2 weeks away.

I feel like the last few times I've been writing up a long-ish post with screencaps and archives for stuff it suddenly gets posted about while I'm in the middle of writing lol

I've seen people cite this as the reason for boycotting Starbucks even if it's not listed under the main BDS shit (the whole "movement" is so fractured and stupid that I'm pretty sure nearly any product can end up being a problem if they feel like it that day)
