In preparation for the balance patch for SF6 one been doing a bit of digging and I personally think DSP is not going to enjoy the changes as much as he's hoping.
Blankas overhead is +1 on block instead of +2
Cammy has a couple of nerfs, mainly the side switch combo that wrecks Phil not being as effective or optimal and the spin move to dodge projectiles is a lot tighter to execute
Interesting one is every character will has access to drive reversal on wake up, but is +6 on block which is Interesting design wise but I think this is bad news for Phil, he abuses DR reversal as is and will get punished bad once people adjust
In summary: the salt mine will remain open
