At the risk of sperging out about this, I'm willing to concede that sure, I could have been out by 50-100 cals due to my sources of macro values being incorrect, or my shitty kitchen scales being off by 10 or so grams or an egg being slightly under or oversized.

But I weighed and meal prepped every meal for over a year and was incredibly strict about what was going into my body, no condiments were allowed, no oil for cooking. The food was miserable but I felt great otherwise. I took it pretty seriously at the time, I still have the spreadsheets where I did the math for my meals.

Would not advise a lifetime of this, but you aren't going to die of malnourishment from this if you do it properly, YMMV on whether or not you wish to kill yourself from bland ass food though.
